True wireless headphones are Bluetooth earbuds or in-ear monitors (IEMs) that do not have cords or wires connecting them to a source of sound (smartphones, MP3 players, tablets, etc.). The microphone, controls, and battery are integrated into the earphones’ casing because they don’t have any cables. Using Bluetooth 5.0 technology, you can have clear calls and uninterrupted music. Play for a maximum of five hours on one charge or fifteen hours with our charging case.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE EARBUDS

Pull the earbuds out of the charging case and peel off the adhesive film on both earbuds.

Place both earbuds back into the charging case and CLOSE it for at least 30 mins. before use.

POWER ON/POWER OFF

To Power ON

Open the charging case to automatically Power ON the earbuds.
A voice prompt will quickly follow stating, “Power ON”and “Pairing'”

Following the voice prompts, it will signal the earbuds are syncing and pairing to your preferred device.

To Power OFF

Place both earbuds back into the charging case and CLOSE the lid.
NOTE
If earbuds are Powered ON, hold the MFBs for 3-5 seconds. The “Power OFF” voice prompt will be heard.

How TO PAIR TO HOUR DEVICE

Open the charging case to automatically Power ON the earbuds.

Go to Settings. Go to Bluetooth. Tap “ICANONIC”
Congratulations! The earbuds are now connected.

HOW TO CHARGE YOUR EARBUDS

Place BOTH earbuds into the charging case to charge the battery.
Plug in the Type-C Cable.

Now, both the earbuds and charging case are charging simultaneously.

HOW TO IDENTIFY WHEN CHARGING IS COMPLETE

Once BOTH earbuds are fully charged, open the charging case and remove the earbuds

Place BOTH earbuds back into the charging case and the earbuds will emit a red LED light for a short time, then the LED light will turn OFF.
NOTE
You can identify when the earbuds are charging when the red LED lights are ON.

HOU TO FACTORY RESET

Follow the 2-Step Process to properly perform a Factory Reset.

IMPORTANT
You MUST turn OFF the earbuds before you RESET them.

Step
1:Turn OFF
(If earbuds are already OFF go to Step 2.)

ACTION
Hold MFB buttons for 3-4 seconds.

RESULT
LED Lights wil blink signaling the earbuds are OFF.

ACTION

Hold MFB Buttons for 10-15 seconds.
RESULT
LED Lights will turn ON, blink, then eventually STOP.

Complete
The TETHYs Wireless Earbuds are now RESET and enter the OFF state.

Ensure to NEVER let the charging case reach 0% battery life as it can risk the longevity of the product. It is recommended to charge the earbuds and charging case on a regular basis.
NEVER break, replace, or modify the battery, earbuds, charging case, or electrical components in ANY way as doing so MAY cause electric shock or possible fire.
NEVER use a damaged battery that has suffereda burn, leak, or puncture wound.
NEVER place the product or battery in standard household waste. ollow local disposal laws and proto- cols to handle the battery to avoid any damages.

NEVER fully submerge the TETHYS earbuds or the charging case in water.
NEVER chew on, eat, taste, or swallow any piece of the product.

If the charging case reaches 0% battery life, it MAY cause the earbuds to automatically pair to your device and continue playing. To avoid this, always ensure the charging case is fuly charged.
This product contains components that emit electromagnetic fields and contain magnets. This MAY interfere with certain medical devices so ensure to maintain a safe distance of separation between these devices and the TETHYS Wireless Earbuds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you wear both earbuds at the same time?
yes, you can wear both or if you want just one while the other is charging in the case….that way you get twice the length.
How do you charge them? The case is fully charged but for some reason isn’t charging the earbuds
Did you remove the tape that covers the earbuds where they connect with the charger? Earbuds usually come pre-charged so it’s easy to forget to remove the tapes or not realize that you need to.
If you’ve had the earbuds for a while and this is a new problem, try cleaning the contact points on both the earbuds and the charging case with lint-free material slightly dampened with water or rubbing alcohol.
Can use them on my iPhone?
It states in the description that they are compatible with iPhones. I have an android and they work with my phone.

Can these be paired with a laptop?
Yes, it can. If it’s a MacBook the pairing can be weaker than with a phone, iPhone, or tablet.
How can I tell when the battery in my true wireless earbuds is full?
The charging case’s front has an LED indicator that flashes red during charging and stays red when fully charged. NOTE: In order to prevent the problem of losing the earbuds’ “auto power on and off” features, it is crucial to keep the case charged at all times.
What’s wrong with my true wireless earbuds?
To manually sync them, double-press the left and right earbuds at the same time. NOTE: Give it another shot if it doesn’t work the first time. The left earbud’s LED will flicker Red/Blue to indicate pairing mode when the earphones are synced. Put the earbuds back in the charging case.

Without a case, how do you charge genuine wireless earbuds?
You must connect a Micro USB cable to your device and either a computer or a USB adapter in order to charge earbuds with a micro USB. After that, you must wait while your earbuds fully charge.
How often should I charge the TETHYS Wireless Earbuds?
To properly charge the earbuds, place both earbuds into the charging case and CLOSE it. If the ED Indicator Lights are at a low percentage, which is a noticeable sign to charge the earbuds. You should charge the earbuds on a regular basis and never allow the earbuds to reach 0% battery life in order to prolong the longevity of the earbuds.
Why is the connection not stable? My earbuds cut in/out every so often?
Bluetooth is different from standard Wi-Fi connections and other wireless signal transmissions. Bluetooth distance is less than normal Wi-Fi. Please ensure there are no obvious external objects between your earbuds and your desired Bluetooth device (smartphone). It is possible there is a radio or Wi-Fi signal nearby that could be causing interference.

Can I use just a single earbud?
Yes, you can. It’s called: Single Ear Mode. Simply leave one earbud back in the charging case.
