Product Usage Instructions

1. Download the upgrade file and unzip it.
2. Install the USB driver for Windows system only. Download link: USB Driver Download Link
3. Turn on the headset and connect it to the laptop via USB-A to Type-C cable.
4. Open the I5802_Headset_Upgrade.exe application.
5. The application will automatically recognize the headset. Click “YES” for the upgrade. (Do not unplug the USB cable during the upgrade process.)
6. After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-pressing the A button on both headsets.

• VCP_V1..5.0_Setup_W8_x64_64!bits.exe
• VCP_V1..5.0_Setup_W8_x86_321bits.exe

• After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-press the 【A】 button on both headsets
