BDLT-302 User Guide

Important Notes

• Turn o! the device after use. It will NOT turn o! automatically.
• Do NOT open the device. Opening causes permanent damage and voids the warranty.
• BlueDial-LT transmitter & digital indicator should be both on before pairing.
• BlueDial-LT operates on two separate batteries:
  1) Rechargeable built-in Li-Po battery for the Bluetooth transmitter
  2) CR2032 battery for the digital dial
• The indicator face is not rotatable. Avoid rotating the dial face.

Description

1. Dial On/O! – press to turn dial on/o!
2. Origin Button – press to zero dial reading; this can also be done in the App
3. Unit Button – select reading in inch/mm
4. Zero/ABS Button – change absolute/increment mode for the dial
5. Preset Button – preset dial data
6. Tol Button – make the dial work in tolerance mode
7. Direction Button – change measurement direction
8. Dial Battery – insert coin battery CR2032 for the digital dial
9. BLE On/O! – press to turn Bluetooth transmitter on/o!
10. Status LED
    – Bluetooth transmitter is on
    – BlueDial-LT is in charge
     – BlueDial-LT is fully charged
11. Micro USB Port – connect to USB cable to charge BlueDial-LT

• Android App can be directly downloaded from the Google Play Store for FREE.
• Windows software is available on Motionics website.

Quick Start

• Turn on BlueDial-LT (Make sure both dial and BLE transmitter are on).
• Plug in USB Bluetooth dongle if using Windows PC.
• In the App/software, search for nearby devices and connect to BlueDialLTXXX.
• Once paired, BlueDial-LT reading will be updated in the App/software and available for data collection.
