If one or more successive payments/instructions are not honored on or before the due date, Jio reserves the right to withdraw the JioAutoPay facility without giving any notice, and to initiate any other action/proceedings as may be deemed appropriate by the Jio for recovery of the unpaid amount from you. In the event your standing instruction is dishonored by bank, penalty charge (or such other amount as specified by Jio from time to time) may be levied per instance of such failure of receipt of payment.
