Installation:

  1. Use a Phillips-type screwdriver to loosen the screw between the panel and the motherboard.
  2. Attach the motherboard to the sidewall with a plastic plug and screws.

Installation Comments:

  1. Check the electrical voltage (DC 9V – 16V) and distinguish the positive anode and cathode of the power supply.
  2. When external power is used, we suggest using the same GND power supply with the controller panel.
  3. The cable connects the reader with the controller, we recommend using 8-wire twisted pair cable. The Data1Data0 data cable is twisted pair cable, we suggest that the cross-sectional area should be at least 0.22 square millimeters. The length should not exceed 100 meters.

Shielded wire connects GND, and two-core cable will improve the reader’s working efficiency (or the use of a multi-core AVAYA cable).
