Product Usage Instructions

Before You Start:

  • A Monitor must be installed and configured to measure total consumption.
  • The charging box(es) must be commissioned and registered in go-e’s system.

Integration Steps with go-e:

  1. Get the go-e Group ID.
  2. In the go-e app, locate and copy the Group ID. Enter this ID into the Enegic app when configuring the reporter.
  3. Set Max. total current (static) to a safe charge level (e.g., 8A) in case Enegic goes offline.
  4. In the Enegic app, go to Settings, Licenses and scan the QR code on the included integration license.
  5. Go to Settings, Reporters, and Add new Reporter. Select go-e as the type of reporter from the list.
  6. Enter an appropriate name, the ID, and main fuse size.
  7. Ensure the correct Enegic monitor is selected for total consumption measurement.
  8. Press Save to configure the reporter.

The Enegic monitor is now integrated with go-e, and the charging boxes in the go-e installation can now retrieve power values from Enegic, enabling safe and efficient power output.
