The Cosmo Linear System comes as separate IP67 modules which can easily be connected via cables underneath for runs up to 10m.
Mounting accessories should be installed first, refer to page 2.
Cosmo Linear modules then can be clicked into mounting accessories. Power feed/ extension cables come seperately and can just be clipped in where required.

Connector to bare wires (up to 9m)
T-FEED POWER CABLE
A T-feed cable powers 10m max of linear system on each side.
The tail to bare wires can be up to 9m.
EXTENSION CONNECTION CABLE
Allows flexibility around obstacles/ structural elements.
Adds to the max. 9m total cable limit.
IP67 END CAP
Alternative end piece option.
Turn connection module into end piece with an IP67 end cap to terminate cable and maintain the IP rating. Fold cable underneath fixing for a tidy look.
ACCESSORY INSTALLATION
FIXED MOUNTING CLIPS
Designed for horizontal mounting.
- Screw mount clips. Check clips will tilt in desired direction before installation.
- Connect full module run before fitting into clips.
60° ADJUSTABLE MOUNTING CLIPS
Designed for horizontal mounting.
- Screw mount clips. Check clips will tilt in desired direction before installation.
- Connect full module run before fitting into clips.
90° ADJUSTABLE MOUNTING CLIPS
Designed for horizontal mounting.
- Screw mount clips. Check clips will tilt in desired direction before installation.
- Full module runs can be connected either before or after installation into clips.
- Tilt to angle
180° ADJUSTABLE MOUNTING CLIPS
Designed for horizontal mounting.
- Screw mount clips. Check clips will tilt in desired direction before installation.
- Full module runs can be connected either before or after installation into clips.

IN-GROUND ALUMINIUM PROFILE
- Router out rebate groove.
Profile 27mm wide
- Screw-fix In-ground Aluminium Profile.
- Connect full module run before inserting into profile.
