Product Usage Instructions

For Apple Phone:

  1. Enable Wi-Fi on your iPhone and connect to the adapter’s Wi-Fi
    network.
  2. Confirm successful connection to the adapter’s Wi-Fi.
  3. Open Safari or any browser on your iPhone and enter the URL:
    192.168.1.101.
  4. Enter vehicle information and issue description in the
    red-highlighted area on the browser page.
  5. Tap Submit to send the log. Note the displayed Case No. for
    tracking and assistance.

For Android Phone:

  1. Enable Wi-Fi on your Android phone and connect to the adapter’s
    Wi-Fi network.
  2. Ensure proper connection to the adapter’s Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > WLAN > WLAN Direct on your phone and
    select the adapter’s device name for direct connection.
  4. Open a web browser on your phone and navigate to
    192.168.1.101.
  5. Tap Switch P2P on the interface and wait for confirmation
    message: Switch P2P OK.
  6. Fill in vehicle information and issue description in the red
    box area on the browser page.
  7. Tap Submit to upload the log. Keep note of the Case No. for
    further assistance.

Steps to Submit Logs from Android Phone 1. Enable Wi-Fi on your Android phone and connect to the adapter’s Wi-Fi network. (Default PS: 88888888) 2. Ensure your phone is connected to the adapter’s Wi-Fi. (Refer to the image for confirmation of proper connection.)
3. On your phone, go to: Settings > WLAN > WLAN Direct. Locate and select the adapter’s device name to establish a direct connection.
