Product Usage Instructions
For Apple Phone:
- Enable Wi-Fi on your iPhone and connect to the adapter’s Wi-Fi
network. - Confirm successful connection to the adapter’s Wi-Fi.
- Open Safari or any browser on your iPhone and enter the URL:
192.168.1.101. - Enter vehicle information and issue description in the
red-highlighted area on the browser page. - Tap Submit to send the log. Note the displayed Case No. for
tracking and assistance.
For Android Phone:
- Enable Wi-Fi on your Android phone and connect to the adapter’s
Wi-Fi network. - Ensure proper connection to the adapter’s Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > WLAN > WLAN Direct on your phone and
select the adapter’s device name for direct connection. - Open a web browser on your phone and navigate to
192.168.1.101. - Tap Switch P2P on the interface and wait for confirmation
message: Switch P2P OK. - Fill in vehicle information and issue description in the red
box area on the browser page. - Tap Submit to upload the log. Keep note of the Case No. for
further assistance.

Important: Please disconnect Android Auto or Apple CarPlay before proceeding with any backstage operations. Precondition If Android Auto/Apple CarPlay is currently connected, turn off both Wi-Fi and BT on your phone before continuing.
Apple Phone
The method for submitting logs in the background 1. Enable Wi-Fi on your iPhone and connect to the adapter’s
Wi-Fi network. (Default PS: 88888888) 2. Confirm your iPhone is successfully connected to the adapter’s
Wi-Fi. (Refer to the figure for connection status.)

3. Open Safari or any browser on your iPhone and enter the following URL: 192.168.1.101 (as shown in the figure
4. On the browser page: Enter your vehicle information and a detailed description of the issue in the red-highlighted area. Tap “Submit” to send the log. Once the submission is successful, a Case No. will be displayed. Copy the Case No. or take a screenshot. Send it to our customer service team for tracking and assistance.

Android Phone
Steps to Submit Logs from Android Phone 1. Enable Wi-Fi on your Android phone and connect to the adapter’s Wi-Fi network. (Default PS: 88888888) 2. Ensure your phone is connected to the adapter’s Wi-Fi. (Refer to the image for confirmation of proper connection.)
3. On your phone, go to: Settings > WLAN > WLAN Direct. Locate and select the adapter’s device name to establish a direct connection.

4. Open a web browser on your phone and navigate to the following address: 192.168.1.101 as shown in the figure
5. Tap “Switch P2P” on the interface. Wait for the confirmation message: “Switch P2P OK”

6. Return to the browser page. Fill in your vehicle information and a description of the issue in the designated red box area. Tap “Submit” to upload the log. Upon successful submission, a Case No. will be displayed. Copy the Case No. or take a screenshot. Send it to our customer service team for further assistance.
