Using your smartphone camera, scan the QR code. You’ll be directed to a step-by-step installation guide.

- Download the August App
Once your August Smart Deadbolt Kit is fully installed, download the free August App. Create a new account or log into your existing one.
- Set up your August Smart Lock
Select SET UP A DEVICE from the sidebar menu. Then pick SET UP A SMART LOCK and SMART LOCK 3RD GENERATION. Follow the in app instructions to complete set up of smart lock features.
