Download Current Prism 2 Files

Go to www.aaon.com/aaon-controls-technical-support and click on the Prism 2 Software Install File to download the zip file.
Locate the PrismII.zip file in the normal location you have designated for downloads on your computer.

Right-click on the zip file, select Properties.
On the General tab, click Unblock then click OK.

Creating a Shortcut
To create a program shortcut to your desktop for Prism 2, right-click on the PrismII file located in the C:\PrismII folder and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).

New Prism 2 Installation

Unzip the file to location, C:\PrismII. NOTE: Do not change this location!

Navigate (Browse) to the correct location using the full path: This PC > OS (C:) > PrismII. Click Extract.

Update Prism 2

Double-click on the zip file in the download location to see the compressed folder, PrismII.

Double-click on the file folder PrismII to open it.
Move (click and drag) the new PrismII application to the top level PrismII folder.

Click Replace the file in the destination.Verify Prism 2 Installation
Locate the C:\PrismII folder on your computer. Open the PrismII folder and double-click on the PrismII application file. The program will open and run.

To confirm the program installed correctly, click on the Help tab at the top of the Prism software screen. Click About. The version of the software that is currently installed will appear. Also, at the top of the Help window, the type of operating system will display – 32-bit or 64-bit. This tells you which USB Driver you need to install on your computer.
