Factory Setup
The lock box can be unlocked by any fingerprint until the desired fingerprints are registered.
Install Battery
- The 4 AAA Alkaline batteries are not included.
- Use the Type-C cable to connect the charging port, then press the sensor to open the front lid and install the batteries before starting.
Download Smart Life App
Search and download Smart Life App from the store and register.
Connect the lock with the Smart Life APP
Method #1:
- Turn on the network and bluetooth on the cellphone.
- Click “Smart life” APP.
- Touch the fingerprint sensor to activate the device.
- Click “Add Devices”, the cellphone will be searching and matching the device automatically.
- The APP automatically recognizes the lock and a notice “Discovering devices” is shown. Click “Add” on the right side.
Method #2:
- Click the “+” on the “Add devices “page.
- The app will match the device automatically and shows “Added Successfully”.
- Click “Done” on the bottom and the device is added.
Warm Notice: A finger touch is required to activate the sensor before connecting the Bluetooth. There is a 30 second time window to allow you set up. Otherwise, the device will be in sleep mode. A reactivation by finger touch is required for next set up.
Use APP to unlock
- Find the device (Smart Key Box FP) on the home page.
- Click the icon to get into the device control page.
- Slide the key icon to the right side will enable you unlock the lock.
Use APP to set up fingerprint
- Enter into “Member Management” page.
- Click the User under “Family Member” and tap the fingerprint icon.
- Tap”+ Add “option, then set up the fingerprint by following the instructions on app.
Warm Notice:
- Put the finger onto the sensor for 6 times with different angles.
- Maximum of 10 fingerprints can be registered.
Use APP to remove device or delete fingerprint
Click “Remove device”
- “Disconnect’–enable you to remove the connection between the device and the cellphone. The fingerprints will remain.
- “Disconnect and wipe data”-will disconnect the cellphone and delete all fingerprints.
Installation :
- Mark 4 positioning points on the wall or door with the drilling template.
- Use electric drill to punch holes in marking position (06 ×30 mm),
- Insert the plastic bolts.
- Open the front lid and fix it with the screws in the installation bag.
Indicators: There are 3 colors to show different status.
