    Question

Where can I find manuals for different versions of the SMARTIFY Nintendo Switch controller?

    Answer

Since SMARTIFY may have released multiple iterations of their Nintendo Switch controllers, the specific pairing steps or button layouts might vary slightly. If the instructions for the standard model do not match your device, please consider the following:

    • Check for a Reset Button: Most SMARTIFY versions include a small reset pinhole on the back or bottom. If you are having connection issues with your specific version, use a needle or paperclip to press this button.
    • General Pairing Method: Most versions pair by connecting the controller to the Switch dock via the included USB cable while the console is on, then pressing the H (Home) button.
    • Identify Your Model: If your controller looks significantly different from the one pictured in this manual (e.g., different LED placement or charging port), you can use the Manuals+ Deep Search or the Upload page to look for or request a specific PDF for your version.

If you can provide specific details about how your version differs (such as the model number on the back label), I can provide more tailored assistance.

      1. Place your Nintendo Switch in the Switch Dock.
      2. Connect the Smartify controller to the Switch Dock using the USB cable.
      3. Press the H button (Home button) on the controller.

    Question

Is the SMARTIFY Nintendo Switch Controller compatible with a PC?

    Answer

Yes, the SMARTIFY Nintendo Switch Controller is compatible with a PC. According to the product manual, the controller supports Windows, Android, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch Lite.

While the manual primarily details the connection process for the Switch console using the USB cable and the 'H' button, PC users typically connect via the included 0.7m USB charging cable for a wired connection or via Bluetooth if the PC supports it, as the device uses wireless controller firmware 2.1 EDR.

  4. I tried the turbo function it won’t work for me on a retro game and I need two buttons at the same time

    Question

How do I use the turbo function on the SMARTIFY Nintendo Switch Controller, and can I use it for two buttons at the same time?

    Answer

To activate the Turbo function on your SMARTIFY controller, follow these steps:

    • Hold down the button you wish to assign to Turbo (e.g., Button A).
    • While holding that button, press the Turbo button (labeled as button #7 in your manual).

Once activated, that button will act as if it is being continuously pressed (spammed) without you having to touch it. Regarding your request to use two buttons at the same time, the manual indicates you can set a button of your choice; however, it does not explicitly state that multiple buttons can be active in Turbo mode simultaneously. You may try repeating the activation steps for the second button while the first is already active to see if the controller supports dual-button Turbo.

Note: If the controller is not responding correctly, there is a reset button located on the bottom of the device. You can press this using a needle or small pin to restart the controller's firmware.

  5. I played the puge mobile. In I phone 15 pro max but the controller can’t work for move running and shooting. Only play gear for turn left or right so how I can solve this issue

Sultan asks I played the puge mobile. In I phone 15 pro max but the controller can’t work for move running and shooting. Only play gear for turn left or right so how I can solve this issue
    Manuals+ clarified question
    Question

Why is my SMARTIFY controller not working for movement and shooting in PUBG Mobile on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

    Answer

The SMARTIFY Nintendo Switch Controller is primarily designed for Nintendo Switch, Windows, and Android. While it may connect to an iPhone via Bluetooth, there are several reasons why movement and shooting might not work in PUBG Mobile:

    • Game Compatibility: PUBG Mobile on iOS does not natively support most physical controllers for gameplay (movement and shooting) to maintain fairness against touch-screen players. It typically only supports specific licensed controllers or requires third-party key-mapping software, which is not provided in the manual.
    • Controller Mode: The manual specifies compatibility with Android and Switch. It does not explicitly list iOS or MFi (Made for iPhone) support. If the controller is connected in 'Switch' mode, the button mapping will likely be incorrect for iOS games.
    • Limited Input: The fact that you can only turn left or right suggests the iPhone is recognizing the controller as a basic HID device rather than a fully mapped game controller.

    Suggested Steps:

    1. Check the PUBG Mobile settings under 'Controller' to see if the device is recognized, though native support is generally restricted.
    2. Try a different game that has native MFi controller support (like Call of Duty Mobile or Asphalt 9) to see if the movement and shooting work there. If they do, the issue is with PUBG Mobile's restrictions.
    3. If the controller becomes unresponsive, you can use a needle to press the reset button located on the bottom of the controller as mentioned in the manual.
