Product Usage Instructions
- DO NOT shine directly into your, another person’s, or an animal’s eyes.
- DO NOT allow children to use the torch.
- DO NOT use the torch if you suspect that the battery or the torch casing is damaged.
- DO NOT leave batteries in a discharged state. Before storage, remove batteries and dispose of them correctly.
- Press the power button once to turn the unit on.
- The battery charge state is indicated by the 4 blue LEDs.
- Press the power button again to light the primary light.
- Press the power button again to also light the secondary light.
- Press the power button again to turn the unit off.
- The headtorch has 4 possible lockable positions: 0°, 20°, 40°, and 60°.
- Twist the light unit through 45° to remove it from the headband mounting.
- Connect the USB lead to the port on the side of the unit and to a USB power supply socket at the other end.

- Q: How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
- A: The battery charge state is indicated by the 4 blue LEDs on the torch.
- Q: Can I leave the torch on while charging?
- A: It is recommended not to leave the torch on while charging to prevent any potential hazards.

BATTERY SAFETY
- WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:
- DO NOT attempt to open the battery.
- DO NOT crush, puncture, short contacts or dispose of in fire or water.
- DO NOT expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
- If the electrolyte in the batteries gets on your skin, thoroughly rinse with water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medical attention.

OPERATION
TORCH OPERATION
- Press the power button (fig.1) once to turn the unit on.
- The battery charge state is indicated by the 4 blue LEDs.
- Press the power button again to light the primary light.
- Press the power button again to also light the secondary light.
- Press the power button again to turn the unit off.
LIGHT SENSOR
- Press the sensor button to enable sensing.
- Pass hand in front of the light until the light comes on.
- Pass the hand in front of the light again and the light goes off.
- Press the sensor button to disable sensing.
TILTING HEAD
- The headtorch has 4 possible lockable positions, 00, 200, 400, and 600.
DISMOUNT TORCH
- Twist the light unit through 450 to remove it from the headband mounting.
CHARGING
- Connect the USB lead to the port on the side of the unit and a USB power supply socket on the other.
MAINTENANCE
- Keep the torch clean by wiping it with a damp cloth.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
- Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste.
- All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment.
- When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
WEEE REGULATIONS
- Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
- When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way.
- Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

- Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd is required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme.
