GETTING STARTED

BUTTON CONTROLS

Power
Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the diffuser on or off.

Adjust Intensity

• Press+ to increase intensity.
• Press_ to decrease intensity

Ambient Lighting
Short press the power button to cycle through light colors.

Factory Reset
Press and hold + and -buttons simultaneously to restore factory settings.

INTENSITY LEVELS

CONNECTING YOUR DIFFUSER – BLUETOOTH

1. Open the Scentify App
   • Tap Bluetooth Connection
   • See Connection Tips below if your diffuser does not appear
2. Select Your Diffuser
   • Choose your diffuser from the device list
3. Enter the Password
   • Enter the default password: 8888 Tap Login
4. Change password (optional)
   • Tap the About tab
   • Tap Change Password
5. Edit Device Name (optional)
   • Tap the device name or label to edit it
   • Tap SaveCONNECTION TIPS
     • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
     • Allow Bluetooth permissions when prompted
     • Stay close to the diffuser during setup
     • If permissions were denied, enable Bluetooth access in your phone settings
     • Make sure the diffuser is powered on before connecting
6. Change Light color
   • Tap the color icons to change the color of the diffuser logo light.
7. Adjust brightness
   • Tap Brightness to adjust the logo light brightness (Off, Low, or High).
8. Calibrate
   • When the bottle is empty, tap Calibrate to reset the oil level to 0% Refill the bottle with oil (up to 200ml)
   • The diffuser will automatically synchronize and track the remaining oil level based on the amount added
9. ON/OFF Button
   • Tap to turn the diffuser on or off
10. Select a Schedule
    • Tap a schedule to edit settings
    • Tap + to add a new schedule Swipe left to delete a schedule
11. Set Operating Hours
    • Select the start and end time for your schedule
12. Select Repeat Days
    • Choose the days you want the diffuser to run
    • All days are selected by default
13. Adjust Intensity
    • Use – or+ to adjust intensity levels
14. Create Custom Intensity
    • Set custom spray and pause durations
15. Save Settings
    • Tap Save to apply your schedule and settings

CONNECTING TO APP – WIFI

1. Open the Scentify App
   • Tap WiFi Connection
   • Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network
2. Login or Create an Account
   • Login to your existing account Or create a new account
3. Add Your Diffuser
   • Tap Add Device
   • Select your diffuser from the device list
   • Tap Add
4. Select Your WiFi Network
   • Choose your WiFi network Enter your WiFi password
   • Make sure your phone is connected to the same network
   • NOTE: Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported.
5. Complete Setup
   • Wait while the app connects the diffuser to the cloud and initializes the device. Keep your smartphone and diffuser close to the router during setup. When setup is complete, enter a custom name for the diffuser if desired. Tap Confirm to finish.
6. Configure Device Settings
   • Tap your diffuser to access Device Control For scheduling, intensity settings, calibration, and other app functions, see the Bluetooth Setup & App Settings page

CONNECTION TIPS

• Make sure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone
• Use a 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup
• Make sure your phone is connected to the same WiFi network you are connecting the diffuser to
• Allow Bluetooth and Location permissions when prompted
• Stay close to the diffuser during setup
• If permissions were denied, enable Bluetooth and Location access in your phone settings
• Make sure the diffuser is powered on before connecting

TROUBLESHOOTING

CLEANING

1. Remove the oil bottle from the diffuser.
2. Empty any remaining fragrance oil from the bottle.
3. Fill the bottle with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). For a deeper cleaning, warm water and white vinegar may also be used.
4. Remove the bottle and empty any remaining liquid
5. Run the diffuser at the highest intensity setting for approximately 15 minutes to flush the internal system.
6. Remove the bottle and empty any remaining cleaning solution.
7. Allow all parts to fully dry before refilling with fragrance oil.

MAINTENANCE & STORAGE

• Power off the diffuser when the bottle is empty.
• Remove the oil bottle before transporting or storing the diffuser.
• Store the diffuser upright in a cool, dry location at normal room temperature. Clean the diffuser periodically to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect the bottle, tubing, and seals periodically for wear or damage.

RESET THE DIFFUSER

Press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
