Installations Instructions

1. Vacuum the subfloor.
2. Prime subfloor. Use universal primer (Lip 54).
3. Split the turn plate and lay it first. Use Roth Compact® Flex Fix.
4. Grooves between plates must be aligned.
5. Cut boards from the back, remove any burrs.
6. Use transfer plates for feed pipes/to fill gaps.
7. Vacuum the plates.
8. Degreased Alu using a diluted ammonia solution.
9. Install pipe tight/close to the inner circle in turns.
10. Install pipes and perform pressure test.
11. Plates must be primed with Roth QuickTemp Compact® primer before applying 10 mm Roth QuickTemp Clima Comfort® FLOW filler.
12. Always use Roth QuickTemp Compact® Flex Fix for tiles.
