All window-cleaning robots on the market are designed to clean along the window frame seal. To ensure thorough cleaning, the robot requires strong suction to adhere closely to the glass and create friction. This may, in some cases, leave marks on the frame seal due to the friction. If you are concerned about potential scratches on the seal, please consider this carefully before using the window-cleaning robot. Any wear on the frame seal after use cannot be a basis for returns or compensation.
