In the App Store and Google Play, search for Redtiger Cam to download. And you can scan QR code below to download Redtiger Cam app.

Add dash cam and Wi-Fi connection

1. Turn on the Wi-Fi on the dash cam, the Wi-Fi SSlD and default password 12345678 will appear on the screen (Screenless Dash Cam: Wi-Fi Enabled by Default).
2. Open the Redtiger Cam app, click on “+” icon and select your model series.
3. Follow the APP instructions and open WLAN settings.
4. Find the Wi-Fi SSlD and enter the password 12345678. Please make sure the connection is successful.
5. Return to Redtiger Cam app and click the dash cam to live view.

Notes

• Disable Car System: If your vehicle uses CarPlay or Android Auto, ensure these systems are turned off before connecting the dash cam to your phone.
• Turn Off VPN: Disable any active VPN connections on your phone for smoother connectivity.
• Maintain Proximity: Keep your phone within 16 feet of the device for a stable connection.
• Forgotten Wi-Fi Password: If you can’t recall the modified Wi-Fi password, restore the dascam to its default settings. The password will reset to 12345678.
