Phillips head screwdriver

Flat head screwdriver
4mm open wrench

WARNING

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before removing or installing the batteries. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1
Remove the 4 phillip screws at the back of the battery cover of your unit
Step 2
Remove two 4mm hex screws on the right side of the battery tray

Step 3
Remove two 4mm hex screws on the left side of the battery cover and 1 phillip screw located in the middle left side of the battery cover and remove the cover away from the unit carefully disconnect the wires connected to the power switch and charger port.
Step 4
Disconnect the black wire from the charger port that connects to the power switch.

Step 5
Using a flat screw driver remove the silicone at the Power switch and push the switch out of the cover.
Step 6
After installing the new power switch on the battery cover it is very important that you connect the wires in following sequence, the black
wire coming from the charger port can only be connected on the Gold colored prong and the red wires from the controller can be connected in any sequence on the silver prongs of the power switch.
