1. Double Loop Wire Selection
2. The Dial for Punching or Wire Spine’s Diameter Size (White mark align you need)
3. Attention

   3. Clean up waste paper in time
   4. The machine must put on a stable working surface. Child is not allowed to operate.
4. Operation Diagram

Please use oil removing paper (Enclosed) to punch first in order to clean up the blades.

1. Adjust the margin
2. Choose how many holes to punch
3. Punching
4. Place the 3:1 pitch wire-o spines with paper
5. The wire ring is placed in a pressure slot. Be ensured the wire ring be magnetic absorbed
6. Turn the knob to select the size of the binding ring (the white mark aligns the necessary size)
7. Binding
