Xpointer Oranje Pinpointer

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

• Insert battery: Rotate the battery 8 cap counter clockwise, to open the battery compartment. Insert a new 9V battery (note polarity).
• Power on/off: Press and hold the upper button 5, until you hear a sound. Two sounds and the LED-Light 4 indicate, that the pinpointer is ready to search.
• A metal object is signaled by increasing sound and vibration, the nearer the pinpoint tip 1 and side scan area 3 get to it.
• Switch between tone+vibration/ tone/vibration by pressing the lowerbutton 6 multiple times.
• Change the sensitivity level by  holding the lower button5 and pressing the upper button 6 atthe same time. The sound indicates the current sensitivity level. 1 to 3 sounds = sensitivity level 1 to 3, permanent sound = level 4.
• If the XPointer has not been used for3 minutes or the battery runs low, analarm tone is played.
• Keep the O-ring clean and greased.
