NuPhy HALO75 V2 Keyboard Quick Guide
This document provides a quick guide to the NuPhy HALO75 V2 mechanical keyboard, covering its features, settings, and compliance information.

01. System Selection
Select the operating system mode for your keyboard:
- Win Mode: For Windows operating systems.
- Mac Mode: For macOS operating systems.
- Wired Mode: Connect the keyboard using a data cable.
02. Connection Mode Selection
Choose how to connect your keyboard:
- Wired Mode: Connect the device using a USB cable.
- Wireless Mode: For Bluetooth or 2.4G connections.
03. Wireless Device Connection
Pairing and connecting wireless devices:
- Bluetooth Pairing: Press and hold the appropriate key combination for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Short presses switch between previously paired devices.
- 2.4G Connection: Before pressing FN + 4, plug the included 2.4G receiver into your computer.
RGB Light Bar Status Indicators
The RGB light bar indicates the keyboard's status:
- Power/Battery 81%~100%
- Power/Battery 51%~80%
- Power/Battery 21%~50%
- Power/Battery 0%~20%
Additional indicators include:
- Caps Lock Active: Indicates when Caps Lock is enabled.
- Connection Mode Indicators: Shows active mode (Win, Mac, Wired, Bluetooth, 2.4G).
04. Backlight Settings
Customize the keyboard's backlighting:
- FN + <: Switch backlight effects.
- FN + >: Switch backlight colors.
- FN + /: Adjust backlight brightness (increase/decrease).
- FN + < / >: Adjust backlight speed (decrease/increase).
05. Auxiliary Lights Settings
Customize the auxiliary lighting:
- FN + M + <: Switch auxiliary light effects.
- FN + M + >: Switch auxiliary light colors.
- FN + M + /: Adjust auxiliary light brightness (increase/decrease).
- FN + M + < / >: Adjust auxiliary light speed (decrease/increase).
- FN + M + ?: Cycle through auxiliary light groups.
06. Sleep Mode Setting
Manage power saving features:
- FN + ): Turn Sleep mode ON or OFF.
If the keyboard remains inactive for 6 minutes, it will automatically turn off its lights and enter sleep mode to conserve battery life. This feature can be manually enabled or disabled.
07. Battery Indicator
Control the battery level display:
- FN + [: Enable or disable the permanent battery level display.
08. Factory Reset
Restore the keyboard to its default settings:
- FN + ]: Long press for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.
09. VIA Keymap Configurator
Customize your keyboard layout and functions using VIA software:
- The NuPhy HALO75 V2 is compatible with VIA, a third-party open-source software. VIA allows configuration of keymaps, lighting effects, and macros.
- Download the latest version of VIA from nuphy.com/pages/console.
- If VIA fails to detect your keyboard while in wired mode, contact NuPhy technical support for assistance.
- Keymap layers: Mac Mode uses LAYER 0/1; Win Mode uses LAYER 2/3.
