a. The product can be operated while powered by the battery pack, an off-the-shelf power bank (5V DC 2A), or a USB 2.0 charger and USB C Charging Cable.
b. Insert the AA rechargeable batteries while ensuring correct polarity. Alternatively, you can use non-rechargeable AA batteries. Warning: do not charge non-rechargeable AA batteries!
c. During storage for longer than 3 months, do not leave the batteries in the battery pack.
Remove by following the reverse procedure.
d. Green: charging; off: charging complete; red: AA cells incorrectly inserted or temperature limit exceeded (wait or disconnect)

.e Take care to avoid injury to fingers when connecting.
f. Verify that the battery pack is securely connected to your base unit
4.Create your account:

7. Insert your data and Submit.
The approval process will take few minutes
8. Download the app “Flaw Detector Live” on the Apple® App Store

g. Scanning the QR code with an Internet connected tablet is only needed once, for the initial setup.
h. The user should refer to appropriate textbooks on the subject of ultrasonic testing and thickness gauging for more information. It is important that you understand and observe this information to avoidany operator errors that might lead to false test results. Such false results could result in personal injuries or asset damage.
This instrument is to be used only for testing materials in an industrial environment. Any use for medical applications or any other purpose is not permitted.
i. The cable connectors to be plugged in to the UT8000 device must be of type Lemo00.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not touch the inner conductor of the Lemo00 connectors. Up to 400 V can be present on the inner conductor .
j. The IP67 protection will be permanently lost if the Wi-Fi connector seal is broken open
k. Always use equipment and accessories that meet Proceq specifications. Using incompatible, broken or poor-quality equipment could cause malfunction and/or damage, or human injury.
l . Verify that the base unit is securely attached on the belt holder or tablet holder.
m. Proceq makes no claims regarding the strength of the magnets and is not responsible for damaged equipment
