Compass 360° Camera Platform Setup
- Insert the rod in 360° rod adapter of the Dolly Base Leg.
- Same as above, insert the second rod into the other side of the 360° rod adapter of the dolly base leg.
- Insert the Allen bolts to secure both rods with the dolly base leg.
- Tighten all the Allen bolts properly with the help of the Allen key.
- Place the top plate on the 360° rod adapter, as shown in the image.
- Then properly insert all the Pan Phillips bolts into the top plate and tighten them with the help of a screwdriver.
- Remove all bolts of the top plate properly with the help of the Allen key.
- By placing the 2nd plate above the top plate, insert the bolt and secure the plate properly.
- Both the plates are properly attached to the dolly base leg.
- Insert the adjustable angle rod into the rod.
- Secure them properly with the help of the Allen key and tighten the adjustable angle rod knob properly.
- Adjustable angle rod can rotate up to an angle of 60°.
- Now attach the Ball Head to the mounting part of the Adjustable angle rod and tighten it manually.
NOTE: The ball head causes circular movements and by loosening or tightening the knob, you can adjust its movement according to your needs.
- With the help of the other knob, you can adjust the movement of the center ball.
- Remove the camera plate by loosening the knob of the Ball Head.
- Place the camera (Not Included) by sliding it over the ball head and tightening it with the help of a knob.
- Insert weights into the rod according to the weight of the camera (Not Included).
- The setup is ready to use, as shown in the image.
