Product Usage Instructions

  • Touchscreen Interface & Controls:
    The CNC-10TM features a touchscreen interface for easy operation. Use the controls to set up the charging and sanitizing process.
  • Loading Devices:
    Open the cabinet using the handle and load up to 10 devices onto the removable medical-grade stainless steel racks.
  • Power Connection:
    Connect the power cord to the power port located on the rear of the cabinet.
  • Sanitizing & Charging Process:
    Close the cabinet securely and initiate the sanitizing and charging process using the touchscreen interface.
  • Unloading Devices:
    Once the process is complete, open the cabinet, remove the sanitized and charged devices, and close the cabinet for future use.

Designed to charge, securely store, and disinfect 10 devices up to 14 inches.

Internal Configurations:
CNC-10™ comes with two additional racks in addition to the divider base and top rack allowing charging space to be configured to meet device needs.

User Instructions

Operation and User Interface:

  • To use the CNC-10™, simply unlock the cabinet door, place the device inside, and connect it to the pre-loaded charging cable.
  • CNC-10™ will charge the device based upon device’s settings. Once charged CNC-10™ provides a maintenance charge keeping devices ready for use.

Unlock and Lock Cabinet Door:
This is done via the control panel. Cabinet is equipped with an electro-magnetic lock that engages while the unit is powered. A mechanical lock release is found in secured side panel for access by administrator.

How-To Lock Cabinet

  • Hit “Lock” icon on control panel.
  • Prompt will appear saying the following: Lock the cabinet door?Hit “OK”

How-To Unlock Cabinet

  • To unlock, select “Lock” icon again.
  • Enter password and select “Unlock”.
  • Icon on main screen will show lock as being open.

Changing User Password:
How-To Change Password

  • Hit “Settings” icon on control panel.
  • Select “Change Password” option.
  • Enter current password. Hit “OK”
  • Enter new password. Hit “OK”

Default Passwords for User and Administrator

  1. The factory default user password is 1234, and the user password can be used to unlock and reset the UV lamp usage time;
  2. The user password can be modified as well,
    • The modification method is as follows: enter the old user password or administrator password in the password change page–click OK, enter the new user password–click OK.
    • The administrator password is fixed to 5482045, and the administrator password can only be used to modify user passwords.
  3. If a user forgets his/her password, the administrator can set a new user password with the administrator password.

Installation Instructions

Setting Up USB-C Cables: Group cables together to guide cables through easily.

  • Plug into the USB-C Hub
    Connect one end of each cable to the appropriate port on the USB-C Hub.
  • Thread through the Pass-Through
    • Carefully guide the bundled cables through the pass-through opening.
    • Tip: If you encounter resistance while feeding the cables, try gently flexing the cables or adjusting the angle of entry.
  • Secure with the Bracket
    Position the cables so they are held securely by the retaining bracket. The zip ties will add extra tension, ensuring a firm hold.

Fitting Devices Inside Cabinet

Setting Up Devices:

  • To configure racks differently, remove thumb screws from the left/right sides and pull the shelf out. Insert new shelf and replace thumb screws.Power-Technologies-CNC-10-Bay-Charging-and-UV-C-Sanitizing-Cabinet-FIG- (13)

Care and Maintenace:

  • Keep the cabinet exterior clean with a mild cleaner on a soft cloth for exterior surfaces.
  • Interior service should be cleaned via compressed air once a month or as needed.
  • Medical Grade Stainless Steel racks should be wiped down with mild cleaner once a month or as needed.

Bulb Life & Replacement

CAUTION: UV Lamps contain mercury – manage in accordance with your local disposal laws. A lamp breaking is extremely unlikely to have any impact on your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove the parts, preferably with gloves. Put them in a sealed plastic bag and take it to your local waste facilities for recycling. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.

For maximum efficiency, change bulbs when one no longer works or more than 6,000 hours.

  • With your unit unplugged from an electrical outlet, open the door. Remove the thumbscrews from the left side and pull the upper, middle & lower shelves out.Power-Technologies-CNC-10-Bay-Charging-and-UV-C-Sanitizing-Cabinet-FIG- (18)
  • Wearing cotton gloves, rotate the old bulb counter clockwise to release it from the lamp socket. Install new bulb by placing into lamp socket and rotating clockwise until you hear a click.

How-To Reset Bulb Usage

  • Hit “Settings” icon on control panel.
  • Select “Reset Bulb Usage” option.
  • Enter current password. Hit “Reset”

NOTE: Cabinet door will not unlock during UV-C disinfection. Press stop to end UV-C disinfection to activate the lock button.

THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO HANDLE A MAXIMUM OF 1400 WATTS per side. If wattage exceeds 1400W at one time, charging system may not operate correctly. Remove devices until the total wattage is under 1400W.

  • ALWAYS move the cabinet slowly and be aware of our surroundings.
  • Used or broken bulbs should be disposed of in accordance with all applicable disposal laws.
  • Repairs should always be performed by a qualified electrician.
  • Set the power switch to the OFF position before you unplug the unit from the wall, plug the unit into the wall, or plug in devices.
  • Do not touch bulbs or ballasts.
  • Do not alter the construction or design. Do not remove safety labels or devices.
  • Do not use this product around flammable or combustible materials.

A: The CNC-10TM is designed for tablets and other electronic devices with dimensions up to 10 x 12.5 inches (25.4 cm x 31.75 cm). It may not be suitable for smartphones.
