Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Locate the pre-installed port on the UFO LED high bay fixture.
- Insert the high bay occupancy sensor and photocell into the port securely.
- Ensure the sensor is positioned properly to detect room occupancy and light levels effectively.
- Secure the sensor in place using the provided mounting hardware.
- Connect the sensor to the power source following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Operation
Once installed, the high bay occupancy sensor and photocell will automatically control the light fixture based on room occupancy and light levels. The sensor will turn the fixture on when motion is detected and adjust the light levels as needed. It will also turn the fixture off when no motion is detected or when sufficient natural light is available.
Maintenance

DESCRIPTION
Automate existing UFO LED high bay fixtures by installing this microwave high bay occupancy sensor and photocell. Installing into the pre-installed port, this motion sensor turns the fixture on, off, and adjusts the light level depending on current light levels and room occupancy.
FEATURES
- Allows fixture to turn on or off automatically depending on the amount of light or activity detected in area; see Motion Sensor Specifications for information on factory settings
- Installs into pre-installed port on select LED UFO high bays; see Compatible Fixture section for full list of fixtures.
- Optional remote control available to adjust motion sensor settings including light levels and daylight sensing; remote must be less than 49 feet from the sensor/fixture that is being controlled; see PLTS-12281 for more information
