Product Usage Instructions:

Forced Restart:

To force restart the device, press and hold the power button for
10 seconds.

Volume Control:

Use the volume buttons to adjust the volume. Press and hold to
continuously increase or decrease the volume.

Charging and File Transfer:

Use the USB-C port for charging the device and transferring
files.

Storage Expansion:

Insert a TF/Micro-SD card into the SD slot to expand the storage
capacity of the device (up to 512GB).

Connecting Audio Devices:

Connect earphones or external speakers to the 3.5mm output port

Free downloading and installation, you can download and install any kind of applications you need from google play store, including live streaming, games, social media apps and so on.
Please do not install high capacity / heavy games onto this music player.
Please do not install applications from any third-party or unkown sources out of google play store, it may causes compability problem or virus, etc.
Application installation will do effect the system performance, the more apps installed, the slower the system performance will be. once the music player stucks or restart without a notice, it may be caused by the installation of too many apps, in this case, please remove some of the apps to leave a certain space for system to run smoothly.
File Transfer G4 PC
Windows Compatible with Windows 98/Vista, Win XP/7/10/11, transfer files by the USB-C cable: 1. Connect the Player to computer with the provided USB Cable. (Auto connect, no driver needed) 2. Click “G4 Memory” and select the folder where you wanted to put the files onto.(if a micro SD card is inserted, it will show two memory available)

About Parental Controls
How to set up parental controls ? (1) First of all, parents must have a Google account. If not, please create one. Please click Settings-
Google-Log in to your parent’s Google account. (2) Secondly, please click on the parental control mode – select Child or Teen – add the child’s Google
account (please pre-create a Google account for your child). How to block browser or any other applications ? Please click Parental Controls-Blocked apps-Manage apps while the parental control mode on. For example, if you block browser, immediately the browser app will disappear from the G4 music player’s display. Application download request. On parental control mode, any application download must be approved by the parents.

Missing accessories? Please contact our support team to re-send the missing parts immediately.
FM radio cannot be turned on The FM Radio function will be affected by the location and the strength of the signal. A wired headset/headphones needs to be plugged as an antenna for Radio. If the headset is plugged and problem persists, double check if the 3.5mm port is properly connected or not, and please replace the headset and try again.
This device is used abnormally

The device does not respond to charging or connecting to the PC Please use the original USB-C cable to charge the player, please be informed that the MP3 player does NOT support PD fast charging, power from a PD charger will not be acceptable. In power off state, when charging with a USB-C cable connected to a computer or a power adapter, the player will usually light up and display a charging icon. If it’s not charging, please double check the USB-C cable or power adapter is damaged: Connect the player by replacing it with another standard USB-C data or charging cable and power adapter to check if it can be charged normally.

The SD card is not working properly Check if the SD card is inserted properly or not. Check the SD card if physically damaged or not. Check if the SD card is FAT32 or EXFAT.(only FAT32 format is perfectly supported)
The operating speed become slowly / stuck / restart sometimes Too many application installed, in this case, please remove some of the applications and leave a certain space for system to run smoothly. Software incompatibility, if you install other third-party unknown software into this player, in this case, please remove the software or factory reset the player. WiFi signal is poor will effect the speed while using live streaming applications.
