Troubleshooting

Missing accessories?

Please contact our support team to re-send the missing parts immediately.

FM radio cannot be turned on

The FM Radio function is affected by location and signal strength. A wired headset/headphones needs to be plugged in as an antenna for the Radio. If the headset is plugged in and the problem persists, double-check if the 3.5mm port is properly connected and try replacing the headset.

This device is used abnormally

To resolve abnormal usage, please restore the factory settings. A forced restart can be performed by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. For a system refresh or firmware reinstallation, contact our after-sales team.

The device does not respond to charging or connecting to the PC

Please use the original USB-C cable to charge the player. Note that the MP3 player does NOT support PD fast charging; power from a PD charger will not be accepted. In the power-off state, when charging with a USB-C cable connected to a computer or power adapter, the player will usually light up and display a charging icon. If it's not charging, double-check the USB-C cable or power adapter for damage. Connect the player with another standard USB-C data or charging cable and power adapter to check if it can be charged normally.

Forget password or pin-codes?

Please send your order number with the date of purchase to our support team.

The SD card is not working properly

Check if the SD card is inserted properly, is not physically damaged, and is formatted as FAT32 or EXFAT (FAT32 format is perfectly supported).

The operating speed becomes slowly / stuck / restart sometimes

This can occur if too many applications are installed; remove some to ensure sufficient system space. Software incompatibility with third-party unknown software may also cause issues; remove the software or perform a factory reset. A poor WiFi signal can affect speed when using live streaming applications.

For problems not listed above or with unknown reasons, please contact: support@pecsu.com
