Product Usage Instructions
Installation of Laser Modules:
Start by installing the right long snap into the long slot. Once
secured, press firmly on the le side to bring the short snap into
the short slot. Install the hand screws without
over-tightening.
Attaching Laser Module:
Attach the laser module to the x-axis integration part and
tighten the hand screws. Loosen the hand screws to adjust the laser
module up or down.
Focusing Rod:
Lower the focusing bar until it touches the engraved object.
Retract the focusing bar and tighten the screw again.
Maintenance:
If the laser module is not used for a long time or used
extensively, clean the lens with medical alcohol and cotton swab to
maintain optimal performance.
Replacement Lens:
When replacing the lens, ensure that the threaded compression
tabs are put flat before tightening to prevent damage to the
lens.
Air Hose Connection:
Insert the air hose fully and then connect the air pump. A
throttle valve inserted into the air hose controls the airflow.
FAQ
How often should I clean the lens?
We recommend cleaning the lens with medical alcohol and a cotton
swab if the laser module is not used for a long time or after every
4 hours of continuous use.
What should I do if the laser power weakens?
If you notice weakened laser power, check and clean the lens
first. If cleaning doesn’t improve performance, contact customer
service for further assistance.
