Enclosed hardware and (2) stop plates
Remove the wire organizer and contents from the Cubbie File Storage Cabinet
With the large machine screw and large lock washer assembled together, insert through side hole and secure the back bracket to the cabinet. Do not tighten yet.
Push front end of the slide assembly up and secure loosely in the same manner as the back hardware.
Repeat the same procedure for the left slide assembly.
When both assemblies are secured in place, the hardware must still be loose.
The front face of each slide plate should be at the front, fully extended as shown.
Assemble the locking panel hardware together.
There are two sets of machine screws, lock washers and flat washers for each side.
Place the locking panel as shown in image.
With a lite touch, push the locking panel up and in as if to open.
Support the panel from the front and insert the hardware through each slot in the slide plate into the corresponding fasteners in the locking panel.
Repeat procedure for the left slide bracket. Hand tighten the hardware at this time.
Open and close panel to check alignment. If panel is off too much to one side, use a rubber mallet and hit lightly on side. Open and close panel again and check the result.
Tighten the four screw on the panel and the two sets of outside bracket screws tightly in place.
Peel the liner paper off each stop plate.
Use the hole in the frame as a guide and center the bracket along the inside frame. Put slight pressure to keep the bracket straight as it is pushed toward the inside wall of cabinet.
If alignment is correct, press the bracket firmly against the inside wall surface of the cabinet to allow the tape to seat fully in place.
Use the same procedure for the left side bracket. 
Re-install the wire organizer in place.
Cubie File Storage Cabinet with Retro Fit Locking Panel is now ready for use.
