Before installing,setting up, andoperating this product, pleaseread this manual carefullyto ensure safe andproper use. This product is compatiblewith most desktop engraving machines on the market. Please familiarize yourself with the electrical specifications and usageprecautions before useto avoid potential hazards. Do not use this product in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity,excessive dust, orflammable and explosive conditions to prevent safety hazardsor performance abnormalities. This product is a wireless transmission device andmay be affectedby radio frequency interference(RFI). Especially in environments with long distances or metal obstructions,it is recommended touse it in open areaswith minimal interference to ensurestable signal transmission. The product contains abutton battery inside. Pleasekeep it properly, away from children. Do not swallow, as it maylead to serious injury or evendeath. The receiver supports aDC input voltage rangeof 5V to 24V. Do not connect powersources exceeding 24V toavoid circuit damage. Any damage resultingfrom improper power usageis not covered bythe warranty. It is recommended toperform a function testbefore each use: plugthe receiver into thecontroller host, press theTouch Plate on the transmittermanually; if the transmitter’sindicator light turns onand the receiver’s buzzersounds simultaneously, the Z-probetool is functioning normally andthe battery level issufficient. Any malfunction or damagecaused by unauthorized actionssuch as self-disassembly,modification, soldering, or connecting non-original accessories isnot covered by thewarranty. If the user does notuse, maintain, or storethe product as recommendedin this manual, any direct or indirect loss resulting therefrom-including butnot limited to productdamage, loss of functionality, or personal injury. The company shall not be held liablefor any such losses.

Note: The actual wiring sequence shouldfollow the probe interface pinout of your control board. Users must make adjustments based on their specific control board configuration. The probe interface voltagemust be within the rangeof 5-24V; exceeding this range maycause damage to the device!

Instructions for Z ProbeOperation in GrblControl (Gsender) Edit the Z-probe toolsetting command: The triggeringheight of the Z-probetool has been testedand calibrated beforethe product leaves the factory, as shown in theimage below. Thetriggering height is 38.25mm. Pleaseset this value according to the marking on theactual tool you purchased.The value Z45.000 representsthe lift height of theZ-axis after probing, which can be adjustedaccording to your actualneeds.
Note: Please set theZ-probe tool height accordingto the actual marked height onthe probing tool.

Part 5.Demonstration Tutorial
Use GrblControl (Gsender) toset up the Z-probe tool setting commands. Click the[Gear] icon at the top right of the main screen, then click [Probe].The configuration window shownin the bottom-left imagewill appear.Clickthe [Z-Probe] label on the GrblControl (Gsender)interface, as shown inthe right image. Atthis point, the [StartProbe] button will begreyed out. You need totouch the Z-axis probingtool so that it can be detected. Oncerecognized, the icon willturn green and the [Start Probe] button will becomeactive, as shown in thelower right image. Clickthe [Start Probe] button,and the software will automatically lower the tooland calibrate the height.

Part 5.Demonstration Tutorial
Use Offline Controller toset up the Z-probe tool setting commands. Tap the [Z-Probe] icon inthe Offline Controller selection interface . The configuration window shownin the image below willappear.
Set the Z-probe toolprobing speed.
Set the Z-probe Heightaccording to the actual measured value. Set the retraction heightafter Z-probing is completed.

Part 6.Battery Replacement
1.Remove the three screws at the bottom ofthe transmitter (black round-head Phillips flat-tipself-tapping screws M3x8), and take out thebottom case.

2.Use an Allen wrench to remove the battery.

4.Place the bottom case backinto position and fastenit with the three screws.

3.Insert the battery intothe battery compartment with the concave side ofthe battery facing downward.
