• How often should I change the Cintropur UV lamp?

  De UV-lamp must be changed after 1 year of operation (or 8,760 hours) to ensure sterilization efficiency is maintained.

• Can I reuse Cintropur filter sleeves?

  Filter sleeves graded between 1 and 100 microns are intended for single use and should be replaced at least twice a year. However, the 150 and 300-micron nylon filters are designed to be cleaned and reused.

• How often should I change the activated carbon in my Cintropur filter?

  For drinking water applications, the activated carbon in TE models should be replaced every 12 cubic meters. In other cases, it should be changed at least every 6 months.

• What maintenance does the Cintropur UV quartz sleeve require?

  Maintenance is largely limited to cleaning the quartz sheath if necessary. It is recommended to replace the quartz every 5 years due to the solarization effect.

• How do I install my Cintropur filter?

  The filter should be installed directly at the plant inlet without mechanical stress, with upstream and downstream piping aligned. The direction of water flow must match the arrow on the filter head.
