Overall Steps Required

• Step 1: Download “NIIMBOT” APP→

Reminder:

1. You can use the APP without logging in, If you are reminded that you need to pay for the APP, just ignore it.
2. Before using the printer for the first time, it is recommended to charge the printer with a wall charger first.
3. Please make sure you are using a USB A charger to charge the machine since there is a USB A to C charge cable provided.
4. B1 label maker supports USB connection for Windows computers only.
   NOTE: Need to download the drive and APP for the PC

Step-by-Step Explanation:

Step 1. Download “NIIMBOT” APP
For mobile phones: Download from APP STORE or Google Play.

For PC (Only for Windows): Download on the official NIIMBOT website. niimbot.net — Apps — Download NIIMBOT for PC

• Step 2. Correctly Load the Label Paper
  • 2-a: Keep the tip of the tape is facing up.
  • 2-b: Make sure there is 2-5mm paper left outside the machine, and then close the paper cover.
• Step 3. Bluetooth Connection
  • 3-a: Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and long press the power button to turn on the machine;
  • 3-b: Click [Unconnected] in the upper right corner of the ”NIIMBOT” APP and search for nearby equipment;
  • 3-c: Click the B1 printer model in the searched list, and connect it.

Step 4. Edit and Printing
Find the template of label paper, and then double-click the template to edit your label text and print.

How to print on the computer

Firstly, make sure you are using the Windows System

1. Download the drive and APP on the official NIIMBOT website;(aimbot.net — Apps — Download NIIMBOT for PC)
   Or you can download the drive in Help Center of the APP;
2. The APP is in Chinese when downloaded on Windows, please change to English in settings;
3. Connect the B1 labeler with your computer by USB cable provided, then the app will show it connected in the right corner with a symbol √
4. Click the“New template”and choose the“consumables inside the printer”label template;
5. Drag the mouse with the text to edit and print

• Q1: Why is the Bluetooth pairing unsuccessful?

  • Please connect the Bluetooth through the ”NIIMBOT” APP instead of your phone setting, If a password is required, try 0000 or 1234.
• Q2: How to adjust the location of the text?Answer2:
  • You need to click “Align” to adjust the font position;
  • Some “icon buttons” will appear in the scene, Click these“buttons” to adjust up and down, left and right.
• Q3: Do I need to apply for a VIP?

  • In the print interface, Adjust “Print density”1-2-3, The larger the numbers, the clearer the handwriting.
