Step-by-Step Explanation

Step 1. Download "NIIMBOT" APP

For Mobile-phone: Download from the App Store or Google Play.

For PC (Windows Only): Download from the official NIIMBOT website: niimbot.net -- Apps -- Download NIIMBOT for PC.

The NIIMBOT software for Windows (V 3.10.3) offers a larger canvas for unlimited possibilities. You can download the desktop app or the driver.

Step 2. Correctly Load the Label Paper

• Keep the tip of the tape facing up.
• Ensure there is 2-5mm of paper left outside the machine, then close the paper cover.

Step 3. Bluetooth Connection

• Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and long-press the power button to turn on the machine.
• In the NIIMBOT APP, click "Unconnected" in the upper right corner and search for nearby equipment.
• Click the B1 printer model in the searched list to connect.

Step 4. Edit and Printing

Find the template of label paper, and then double-click the template to edit your label text and print.

Click to display the details of the label, such as template name, size, etc.

Click the text box to edit the content. You can adjust word spacing, font size, font style, etc.

Click "Print" to enter the printing page when finished editing.

How to print on the computer

Firstly, make sure you are using the Windows System.

1. Download the drive and APP on the official NIIMBOT website (niimbot.net -- Apps -- Download NIIMBOT for PC).
2. The APP may be in Chinese when downloaded on Windows. Please change it to English in the settings.
3. Connect the B1 labeler with your computer using the provided USB cable. The app will show it is connected in the right corner with a checkmark symbol (✔️).
4. Click "New template" and choose the "consumables inside the printer" label template.
5. Drag the mouse with the text to edit and print.

Q1: Why does the Bluetooth pairing unsuccessful?

Answer1: Please connect the Bluetooth through the "NIIMBOT" APP instead of your phone's setting. If a password is required, try 0000 or 1234.
