*For optimal performance, the diffuser must be placed in a well-ventilated area where the airflow is optimal (like near a vent), preferably up on a countertop (not on the floor), and not near open windows or doors.
Quick Installation
Placement Note: For optimal coverage, the diffuser must be placed in a well-ventilated area where the airflow is optimal (like near a vent), preferably up on a countertop (not on the floor), and not near open windows or doors.
- Press down on the top of the diffuser to open your Dynamo.
- Pull up to remove the diffuser head & unscrew the empty bottle.
- Swap the empty bottle with your Dynamo 4 oz. nebulizing fragrance oil.
- Fit the diffuser head with the bottle back inside by aligning it with the air nozzle on the device’s body. Once they fit together, press the top again to lock in place.
- To power ON, connect your Dynamo to the power supply. You will hear a long beep, confirming operation.
Quick Setup
A. SMART OPERATION
To fully customize the intensity of the fragrance & the hours and days of operation of your Dynamo diffuser, download the Natscent App from your GooglePlay or AppStore by scanning the QR code below.

- Turn your smart device’s Bluetooth ON.
- Make sure your Dynamo is plugged-in, turned ON, and in range of your phone.
- Go into the Natscent App and choose your device.
If you don’t see it right away, use the refresh button at the top right of your screen. - Input the default factory password – 8888 – and log in.
I. Press the “+” button to add your desired schedule.


They will turn purple when selected and grey when deselected.


a) Tick the “Intensity” box to choose a Grade from 1 to 9.
Tap the + or – to change it to your liking.
Note: please check the Grades table on page 6 for more details.

In this example, the diffuser will run for 5 seconds, and it will wait for 300 seconds (5 minutes). It will repeat this cycle according to your hours and days of operation.


B. MANUAL OPERATION
You can set the fragrance intensity manually, using the + or – buttons on the display. When used without the App, your diffuser will work non-stop at that intensity grade until you turn it up, down, or off.
Don’t want to have it on all the time?
You have the option to customize the hours and days of operation using the Natscent App.
Notes
- The app overrides manual control! If all app schedules are OFF or the current running schedule doesn’t match your current date and time, your diffuser will be OFF, and you will not be able to operate it manually.
- Your diffuser still works even when there is nothing displayed on the screen. The display screen will turn off after setup for a lower consumption of power.

Example: if you choose Grade 2, your Dynamo will run for 10 seconds, and it will pause for 220 seconds. It will repeat this cycle until you change it.
Note: The data shown above is for reference only. It is normal for the consumption to fluctuate by 15%.
Cleaning
WHEN?
To extend the life of your diffuser and ensure the best experience, we recommend cleaning your Dynamo diffuser often, but especially when:
- You change the fragrance to a new one
- The mist becomes weak
HOW?
In 3 easy steps:
- Unplug your diffuser, pop the top, remove the fragrance bottle, and clean all the leftover atomized fragrance oil using a cotton pad soaked in rubbing alcohol. Dry with an absorbing paper towel.
- Take the empty bottle included with your initial purchase and add at least 1-2 ounces of rubbing alcohol (70%+).
- Run it through the machine for 15-20 minutes at the highest intensity possible to clean out the inside of the diffusion mechanism
Note: you can start using your Dynamo diffuser immediately after the cleaning process.
Troubleshooting
Before giving up on your Dynamo diffuser, please try troubleshooting. If none of these solutions help, please email or call us.
PROBLEM | SOLUTION | NOTES |
No mist coming out & no clear indication that the pump is working (no humming) | 1. Check that the diffuser is receiving power: – unplug it and plug it back in properly for the display screen to turn on – the power cord must have a green light on the brick. If it doesn’t, the cord is damaged 2. A. If using the App, check the schedules: – at least 1 of them must be ON for your diffuser to work – the date and time must match your current date and time 2. B. If not using the App but you used it in the past, log in and turn at least 1 schedule ON.2.C. If not using the App and do not / cannot use it anymore, reset to factory settings by continuously pressing the power button for 5 seconds or until you hear 2 beeps. After the 2nd beep, your Dynamo is back to its factory settings. 2.D. If you’re only using the diffuser manually, press the power button to make sure the diffuser is not turned off. |
The App overrides manual control! If you used the App in the past and set all schedules to OFF, your Dynamo won’t diffuse any fragrance and you won’t be able to increase or decrease the intensity manually. Check Solution 2.C for instructions. |
Little to no mist coming out & clear indication that the pump is working (low humming) | Check fragrance level. If there is no oil left in the bottle, replenish it. Atomization head is getting clogged. Clean the diffuser as instructed on page 7. Diffusion tube is missing from the diffusion head. Call or message our toll-free customer care line 800-656-6877 for help. |

No power/ no display on screen | Check the power cord. Try a different outlet. Board is damaged and needs replacing. The display screen turns to power-saver mode a minute after setup, but your diffuser will still be working according to your set schedule. No action required. |

Oil is leaking | Bottle is loose. Make sure it is screwed onto the diffuser head tightly and straight. The diffuser is tilted or not placed on a straight surface. Make sure you always keep it upright. |
Never transport the diffuser with the fragrance bottle inside. A small amount of fragrance inside the diffuser head is normal. For higher intensities, clean the oil film with a cotton pad soaked in rubbing alcohol regularly. |
