FAQs
- Q: How can I switch between Bluetooth Mode and Memory Card Mode?
- A: By default, the headphones start in Memory Card Mode. To switch to Bluetooth Mode, short press the B button. If no music file is in the memory card, the headphones will switch to Bluetooth Mode automatically after being powered on.
- Q: How can I adjust the volume?
- A: In Bluetooth Mode, short press the M button to switch to Memory Card Mode. Then, short press the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the volume.

- When powered on the headphone will be in Memory Card Mode by default.
How to Charge
- Open the Zipper on the headband and find the USB Type C charging port/data port #8 in the diagram.
- Connect the USB Type C cable provided to the charging port and the other side of the cable to a power source (Computer or Power Socket).
- LED light on the front of the headband will turn red while charging and change to blue when fully charged.
Battery Note
- It will take approximately 2-3 hours to be fully charged.
- Charging via a computer cannot be done at the same time as listening to sounds, but charging via a power socket allows simultaneous listening and charging.
- Battery when fully charged will last approximately up to 9 hours.
- The red light will flash 5 times if the battery is low.

Upload MP3 Sound file into Memory Card:
This will allow you to play your sound on the headband without being connected to Bluetooth.
- Make sure your MP3 file is saved on the computer so it can be copied or saved to the Headband Memory Folder.
- Unzip the headband to find the USB Type C charging port/data port #8 in the diagram.
- Connect the cable to the USB Type C charging port/data port #8 and the computer.
- Go to File Folder inside the Computer and go to the bottom of the list to find a new drive named “myWaves”. Ensure the headband is switched on.
- Copy your MP3 or Drag the file to the “waves” folder in the new drive for the Headband that is showing in file folder.
To Play Sound in Memory without Bluetooth:
- First, upload the MP3 file to Memory using the steps outlined in ‘Upload MP3 Sound file into Memory Card’.
- If there are MP3 files on the memory card, press
to play sound. If there is no music file in the memory card, the device will automatically switch to Bluetooth mode when powered on. Short press the B button to switch to Bluetooth mode if needed.
- The status light #4 will start flashing red and blue when in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Short press the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the volume.
Volume Notes:
When in Bluetooth Mode, short press the M button will switch to Memory Card Mode.
Pair with Bluetooth Device:
- Hold Down the play button for 3 Seconds until Status light #4 starts flashing red and blue.
- Turn the Bluetooth function on the device to be paired.
- Select, on a paired device, the device name “Musical Eye Mask” from the list of found devices.
- The passcode is 0000 if asked.
- Blue light will flash slowly if successfully paired with the headband.
Note:

Play Music with Bluetooth Pairing:
- Hold down the
button quickly to start music or pause.
- Adjust Volume by pressing + Up or – Down with a short press of a button.
Note:
After pairing with a Bluetooth-enabled device, you may need to open the music player on your device to start playing music.
Stop Bluetooth and Use a Memory Card Sound:
- Short press the M button to enter the memory card mode.
- Hold the Down
button to start Memory Card Music.
- Adjust Volume by Pressing + Up or – Down with on short press of each button.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure the product is fully charged, switched on, paired, or connected to the memory card.
- If using Bluetooth, make sure your device is within 10 meters/33 feet range and no obstructions are between the devices.
- Turn off all past Bluetooth devices that were previously connected to the device.
Washing Guidelines:
Please unzip the headband and remove the electronic parts that are connected before hand washing the product.

Dangers of Injury:
- Keep the product and the package away from children and animals, as they can swallow small parts.
- Supervise children using the product. It is not a toy.
- Always maintain a gap of at least 10 cm between the headphones and a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) as the product generates magnetic fields.
Danger of Fire:
- Caution! Don’t expose the headphones to any high temperatures over 70 degrees Celsius ( Like hair dryers, heating, prolonged sunlight etc.). The battery inside the headphones may overheat.
- Only charge the headphones in an ambient temperature area from 10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
- Do not crush or pierce the battery! Do not expose the battery to high pressure, as this may cause an internal short-circuit and overheating.
