User tips

MAKE EVERY STEP COUNT

  • Warm up first. Start your session with 5 to 10 minutes at a low pace. Optionally, step off the treadmill briefly to warm up your nuscles with light jumps, active squats, lunges, or hip rotations.
  • Control your breathing. Coordinate your breathing with your steps. When you become short of breath, slow down, take a break or stop if needed.
  • Take regular breaks. After 60 minutes, switch off the treadmill for at least a few minutes. This helps your body recover and keeps your Moov Run Plus in optimal condition.
  • Cool down properly. When you’re finishing up your session, walk at a low pace for a few minutes stopping completely. This helps prevent dizziness or a loss of balance. Optionally, consider adding stretching exercises to your cool down.
  • Build up gradually. Increase your speed and duration step by step. Listen to your body, allow time for recovery. Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (16)

Storage

Got your steps in? Well done! Store your Moov Run Plus as follows to enjoy it for as long as possible:

  1. Turn off the treadmill using the on/off switch.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (17)
  3. Adjust the armrests: gently pull the armrests slightly outward. Then, rotate them down so that they are perpendicular (at a 90° angle) to the handrails.
  4. Pull the lever outward to release the lock on the handrails. Fold the handrails all the way down. Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (18)

Note: do not store the Moov Run Plus in damp or dusty areas Ensure the treadmill is kept in a clean, dry environment to maintain optimal performance and condition.

Lubrication
Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (21)

The first tube of lubricant oil is on us—just because we love seeing you on a roll. Have you emptied your tube? Scan the QR code and order a new one within a few clicks.

Keep your Moov Run Plus running smooth with a little lubricant. Use the following guidelines:

  • Do you use the treadmill less than 3 hours per week? Please apply once every 5 months.
  • Do you use the treadmill between 4 and 7 hours every week? Please apply once every 2 months.
  • Do you use the treadmill for more than 7 hours every week? Please apply once a month.

Remember: less is more!

  • A little lubricant goes a long way

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I SHOULD LUBRICATE

  • You can easily check whether your treadmill needs lubrication by lifting the belt slightly and touching the middle of the back.
  • Does it feel slightly moist from the lubricant oil? There is no need to lubricate at this time.
  • Does it feel dry? Lubrication is required.

How do I apply the lubricant

  1. On the side of the right foot rail you’ll and a small hole. This is designed for adding lubricant.
  2. Use the supplied tube: cut off the tip and place the tube upside down over the filling hole.Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (22)
  3. Turn the treadmill on at 1.0 km/h and step onto the belt.
  4. Walk slowly from left to right for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly. Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (23)

Cleaning

  • To keep your Moov Run Plus running smoothly, clean it regularly to remove dust. The treadmill has ventilation openings on the underside. Make sure these remain free of dust in order for ventilation to work properly. Proper air?ow prevents overheating and extends the lifespan of your treadmill.
  • Tip: Use our dust cover to protect your treadmill while it’s stored. Scan the QR code to discover this and other available accessories.Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (28)

ADJUSTING TENSION

  • The running belt on your Moov Run Plus is adjusted before leaving the factory. However, it is completely normal if the belt loosens after using the treadmill for a while. Does it feel like the treadmill slips or pauses when you step on it? Please readjust the belt.
  • You can use the supplied 6mm Hex key (No. 7). Insert it into the adjustment bolts at the back of the lower part and turn them clockwise in half-turn increments synchronously on both sides.
  • Do not overtighten them. This can overload the motor, which can lead to damage.

CORRECTING DEVIATIONS

  • You might notice your treadmill running slightly crooked or not completely stable. That can happen, for example because the treadmill isn’t placed on a leveled surface, or you put slightly more force with one foot than the other. Fortunately, a few minutes of walking calmly is often enough to get the belt straight again.
  • A small deviation of 2–5 mm is normal and not a problem. If the belt quickly shifts to one side or rubs against the edge, adjust it immediately.
  • You can do this with the supplied 6mm Hex key (No. 7).

IMPORTANT
Deviations of the treadmill are not covered by the warranty. Prevent damage by performing regular maintenance according to the instructions:

  1. Use lubricant regularly
  2. Check the tension regularly
  3. Correct deviations immediately

How to adjust the belt

  1. Start the treadmill and set the speed to 3–4 km/h.
  2. Check whether the belt deviates to the left or to the right.
  3. Keep the treadmill running to adjust the belt.

If the belt deviates to the left

If the belt deviates to the left, turn the left bolt clockwise, or the right bolt counterclockwise. Check whether the belt now runs in the middle. If so, turn both bolts half a circle clockwise to tighten the belt.

If the belt deviates to the right

If the belt deviates to the right, turn the right bolt clockwise, or the left bolt counterclockwise. Check whether the belt now runs in the middle. If so, turn both bolts half a circle clockwise to tighten the belt. Moov-Foldable-Treadmill-fig (24)
