This user-friendly service enables businesses to send and receive text messages through a web-based interface, making communication streamlined and eRicient.
2. Getting Started Before using Business Messaging, ensure you have:
· A Microsoft Teams account · Access rights to install apps in MS Teams – Contact IT administrator or oRice 365 admin if
you do not have these rights enabled

8. Business Messaging Free Account For organizations using the Free package, the 1,000-message monthly limit is shared across all users within the organization under a single pool. If you hit the limit of 1,000 messages, you will receive a notification. If you need to upgrade, please contact support.
