REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTION ANALYSIS

REMOTE CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS PARAMETERS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

CHARGING:
It can only be charged when turned off, and cannot be turned on while charging, use the Type-c cable + charger to connect the remote control for charging.

FIRST TIME USE:
When unpacking using for the first time, please bind the remote control with the receiver/receiving converter, once bind is successful, success of the remote control and receiver/receiving converter for a short distance distance test, hand holding the remote control from the receiver/receiving converter 10 to 15 metres away, and then toggle the remote control joystick, to observe whether the device is controlled by the remote control, if controlled by a remote control, remote control and the receiver/receiving converter is working properly.
REMOTE CONTROL AND STANDARD RECEIVER BIND:
Remote control is power off, after the receiver is powered up, the <Orange indicator light> always on, press the <Bind button> on the receiver, two <Indicator light> flash alternately, indicate that the receiver is in the bind mode, then power on the remote control, the receiver <Green indicator light> always on, indicate that the bind has been successful.

REMOTE CONTROL AND RECEIVING CONVERTER BIND:
Remote control is power off, after the receiving converter is powered up, the <RF LED> and <POWER LED> always on, press the <ID button> on the receiving converter, the <RUN LED> and the <RF LED> flash alternately, the <POWER LED> always on, indicate that the receiving converter is in the bind mode, then power on the remote control, the <RUN LED> on the receiving converter blinks fast, the <RF LED> blinks slowly, the <POWER LED> always on, indicate that the bind has been successful.

SAFE SHUTDOWN RECOMMENDATION:
To ensure the safety of your equipment and yourself, wait until the equipment motor has stopped running, then turn off the power to the equipment, and finally turn off the remote control.
LOW BATTERY ALARM:
After the remote control battery drops to 0%, a “POWER LOW” alarm prompt will appear, the alarm icon on the screen will flash, and an alarm sound will be emitted, at this time, the interface cannot be closed, please power off and charge; After the remote control battery drops to 0%, it cannot be powered on in the power off state, and a prompt saying “Low battery, please charge!” will appear.

FIXED SPEED SWITCH:
Once enabled, main screen gear position information display “MD”, each time you toggle the left joystick forwards or backwards, the speed increases or decreases by one gear, and it will make a sound, even if you release the left joystick, the speed will not change.

STEPLESS TRANSMISSION:
Adjust the maximum speed, the higher the setting, the higher the maximum speed, the lower the setting, the lower the maximum speed.

OPERATION SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS

KEY LOCKING:
When on the main screen, long press <Key locking> key for 2 seconds to lock the key, when the key is locked, press <MENU> key, <UP> key, <DOWN> key are ineffective, and the lock symbol will appear on the screen, press and hold the <Key locking> key for 2 seconds again to display the “Passport” screen, press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the relevant option, then press the <MENU> key to enter the password (default password: 0000), then press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select “Enter”, followed by the <MENU> key, if the password is correct, will automatically exit and unlock the key, if the password is incorrect, the will remain on the current screen.

MACHINE SET:
When there is no menu selection in the main screen, press <MENU> key to select “MACHINE SET”, then press <MENU> key to enter the machine set, press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to enter.

SENSITIVITY:
Adjust the reaction speed of the joystick, the larger the value, the faster the reaction speed, the smaller the value, the slower the reaction speed; Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

EBC SETTING: Press the emergency stop switch, the emergency stop is on, after the emergency stop is on,
EBC OPEN: the remote control and the device will pause the work, the emergency stop icon on the screen flashes and makes a sound, rotate the emergency stop switch to the right to turn off the emergency stop; Pressing the emergency stop switch is invalid;
EBC CLOSE: When the emergency stop is “OPEN” on the screen, press the emergency stop switch
EBC ATTACH OPEN: and the throttle value is minimized; Press the emergency stop switch, the throttle value remains unchanged;
EBC ATTACH CLOSE: Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

AFS SETTING:
HEAD LIGHT OPEN: Toggle the car light switch backward to turn the car headlight on and forward to turn the car headlight off;
HEAD LIGHT CLOSE: Toggle the car light switch is invalid.

TN SPEED:
Controls the extension and retraction speed of the actuator; Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

TESTER:
Automatically inspect all components of the vehicle to confirm their normality;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

TIMER:
Can record the working time of the remote control;
First press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the top 3 options, then press the
Operation method: <MENU> key, then press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to adjust the time, and press the <MENU> key again to confirm, for other options, press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the desired option, then press the <MENU> key to confirm;
During the last 10 seconds, cooktop and countdown makes a sound, for example: if the time is set to 00:01:00, cooktop makes a sound after 00:00:50, 00:01:00 timing stop, countdown makes a sound after 00:00:10, 00:00:00 timing stop;
If no time is set, cooktop cannot open, countdown will start from 18:12:15;
When on the main screen, long press the <EXIT> key for 2 seconds to also turn the timer open or close.

MOTOR REVERSE:
Can change the motor’s rotation direction, to do so, set the throttle to minimum, otherwise, the change is invalid;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

SENSER SETTING:
FRONT OPEN: Pause when the front of the unit hits an object;
FRONT CLOSE: Front senser not valid;
BACK OPEN: Pause when the back end of the unit hits an object;
BACK CLOSE: Back senser not valid;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

HALL SENSER CAL: Optimize control parameters, improve system efficiency and stability, adapt to different motors, simplify commissioning, and assist in fault diagnosis;
Before performing hall senser call on the motor, please raise the wheels to prevent accidental injury;
Note: Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to turn on motor hall learning, then press <MENU> key to turn off motor hall learning.

SYSTEM SET:
When there is no menu selection in the main screen, press <MENU> key, then press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select “SYSTEM SET”, and then press <MENU> key to enter the system set, you can press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, and then press <MENU> key to enter.

MIX SETTING:
Bind the two channels of the remote control together, and by controlling one of the channels, the two channels can work synchronously;
CH:1/2 MIX MODE 1: minimum turning radius mode;
CH:1/2 MIX MODE 2: S-bend mode;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

REVERSE CHANNEL:
Can switch the working normal and reverse of the channel;
For example: After setting CH2 to “NOR”, toggle the left joystick forward to move the vehicle forward, toggle the left joystick backward to move the vehicle backward; After setting CH2 to “REV”, toggle the left joystick forward to move the vehicle backwards, toggle the left joystick backward to move the vehicle forwards; Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

FINE TUNING:
When the speed of the left and right motors is different, use to coordinate the speed of the left and right motors, so that the speed of the left and right motors remains consistent;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding channel, then press <MENU> key to determine the channel to be modified, then press <UP> key or <DOWN> key may to modify the fine-tuning value, then press <MENU> key to finish.

STICK CAL:
First toggle both joysticks to the center position, as shown below, then press the <MENU> key,

Next toggle the left stick on the remote control forwards and backwards to the very front and the very back, and toggle the right stick left and right to the very left and the very right, as shown below,

After the “FINISH” button is with a green frame, as shown below, press <MENU> key again to complete the calibration.

RF POWER:
The greater the power, the farther the control distance;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

ANTIJAMMING SETTING:
Stronger immunity to interference;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

LANGUAGE:
Support Chinese(Simplified) / English / Japanese / Korean;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press <MENU> key to confirm.

SYS PARAMETERS:
RESTORE PARAMETERS: Resets remote control all parameters to the state last saved by the user; press the <DOWN> key to select “ENTER”, then press the <MENU> key to complete.
SAVE PARAMETERS: The user can save all parameters configured on the remote control; press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the relevant option, then press the <MENU> key to enter the password (default password: 0000), followed by pressing the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select “Enter”, then press the <MENU> key, if the password is correct, the parameters will be saved and will return automatically, if the password is incorrect, will remain on the current screen.
CHANGE PASSWORD: Press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the relevant option, then press the <MENU> key to enter the password (default password: 0000), next press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select “Enter”, then press the <MENU> key, if the password is correct, you will be taken to the “Enter new password” screen, if the password is incorrect, you will remain on the current screen, once on the “Enter new password” screen, follow the same procedure to set a new password.
FACTORY RESET: Resets all remote control settings to their factory defaults; press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the relevant option, then press the <MENU> key to enter the password (default password: 0000), then press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select “Enter”, and then press the <MENU> key, if the password is correct, the factory reset and will return automatically, if the password is incorrect, will remain on the current screen.

ENDPOINT:
Used to limit the range of motion of the rudder surface, to ensure that the rudder surface only events within your desired range of servo motor travel;
Press <UP> key or <DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press the <MENU> key to determine the option to be modified, then press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key may to modify the parameter, and then press the <MENU> key to finish.

FAILSAFE SET:
It functions when the receiver fails to receive the remote control signal normally (for example: when the remote control is turned off and the distance exceeds the receiver signal receiving range), and returns to the preset out of control protection value when no signal is received to protect the device from damage; Make sure that the receiver and the remote control are bind, press the <UP> key or Setting method:
<DOWN> key to select the corresponding option, then press the <MENU> key to determine the option that needs to be modified, press the <UP> key or <DOWN> key again to modify the out of control protection value, press the <MENU> key again to complete the setting, after the setting is completed, to ensure the correctness of the setting, please actively turn off the remote control to test the setting result.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

Before starting to use the remote control, carefully read the following precautions!

1. This product is not a toy and is not suitable for children under the age of 12, adults should keep this product out of reach of children and keep it out of reach of children be careful when operating this product in the field.
2. Do not use at night, in thunderstorms, snow, low visibility or other adverse weather conditions.
3. Do not use the remote control in snowy or watery places, if rainwater enters the remote control, the circuit will be short-circuited and cannot be used.
4. Signal interference may cause the remote control to go out of control, places where interference affects more than others are as follows:
   A. Near the mobile phone signal transmission tower
   B. Near high-voltage power lines and communication broadcasting antennas
   C. Near the military radar launch tower
   D. Commercial roads with complex wireless communications and human activity
   E. Navigation domain
5. Please do not use this product after feeling tired, uncomfortable, drunk, or excited about drugs, otherwise it will cause serious injury to oneself or others the value of is.
6. 2.4G radio band is completely different from the low-frequency radio band used previously, make sure that the product is operated within your line of sight when using it, as large obstacles can block the radio signal and cause loss of control of the remote control and the device.
7. Make sure that the remote control and equipment are installed correctly, and that all servos operate in the same direction as the controls before use, otherwise serious damage to the equipment may occur.
8. If the remote control distance continues to be long, loss of control may occur, so please shorten the control distance appropriately; low battery of the remote control, the remote control will not be able to send out a signal, which may result in loss of control, so when the remote control low battery alarm, please recharge the batteries as soon as possible.
9. After keeping the remote control off, be sure to turn off the power to the receiver/receiving converter and then turn off the remote control, if you turn off the power to the remote control first and the receiver/receiving converter is still operating, the equipment may go out of control or the engine may continue to operate, resulting in a serious accident.
10. Improper use of the remote control may cause serious injury or even death to the operator or others, to ensure the safety of you, others, and equipment, please be careful read this guide and follow the instructions.
11. The remote control and receiver/receiving converter required for our company’s 2.4G wireless transmission system are used in pairs, while other company products cannot be connected to our company’s products.
