Start to Use

Step 1

Receiver Installation Instructions
Place the receiver with the front arrow facing up according to the installation prompt instructions. If placed above the TV, fix it by means of a clip. (As shown in Figure 1)

If placed underthe TV, it should be fixed by magnetic attraction. If the TV cannot be directly attached, a magnetic sheet needs to be attached to the intended location of the TV, and then the receiver should be fixed by magnetic attraction. (As shown in Figure 2)

Step 2
Plug the USB interface of the receiver into the USB port of the computer, and connect the computer to the  projector or smart TV

Turn the power button on the left side of the A1 pointer to the ON icon to start the demonstration pen. The indicator light at the top will light up green

Step 4
Switch the mode button on the right side of the A1 teaching stick to the corresponding computer system. For Windows, switch it to the bottom; for Apple Mac Os, switch it to the top

After the above steps are completed, the product starts to work normally

Microsoft Office software does not support the quick functions of the spotlight and magnifying glass. Mac office software does not support the quick functions of Spotlight, magnifying glass, and digital laser

This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator& your body.UWB devices may not be employed for the operation of toys. Operation onboard an aircraft, a ship, or a satellite is prohibited.

This equipment may only be operated indoors. Operation outdoors violates 47 U.S.C. 301 and could subject the operator to serious legal penalties.

Troubleshooting

  • AIPointer not responding:
    • Ensure the power button is in the ‘ON’ position and the indicator light is green.
    • Check the battery level. If the red light is on constantly, the battery is low and needs charging.
    • If the red light is blinking, a system error has occurred. Try restarting the device.
  • Receiver not connecting:
    • Ensure the receiver is properly plugged into a USB port on the computer.
    • Check the receiver’s blue light. If it’s flashing, it’s a pending connection. If it’s off, there might be a power or connection issue.
  • Pointer functions not working correctly:
    • Verify that the system mode switch (Windows/Mac) on the AIPointer matches your computer’s operating system.
    • If using Microsoft Office on Windows or Mac Office on Mac, note that some quick functions (spotlight, magnifying glass, digital laser on Mac) are not supported.
  • Interference issues:
