System Setting Function

• Screen settings: You can adjust the screen zoom so that the screen shows the best status.
• Resolution settings: The machine defaults to automatic. You can manually adjust to the best display status.
• Date & time settings: Set your GMT time, and time display format. (Note: The system display time is synchronized with the network time after the network connection is successful ).
• Uninstall APPS: You can uninstall unwanted APKs to keep your system in top condition.
• Factory reset: Be carefully to do this. All the data will be cleared after factory date reset.

Firmware Update Instruction

• Run the ‘System update app.
• Select System update, the device will detect and update to the latest version.

Please do not download any third party software to upgrade. This product belongs to genuine system. The upgrade will only be operated through OTA, or please contact the seler to upgrade.

Troubleshooting Warning

In any case, please do not try to repair the TV box yourself, so as not to invalidate the warranty. Do not open it because there is a risk of electric shock. If any problems occur, you can check them first by referring to the methods listed below. If you are unable to resolve the issue through the list below, please contact the dealer for assistance.

Problem	Solution
TV no signal	Confirm if the blue light is on after the machine is turned on. Wait 1 minute after turning on the machine, then press the power-off button of the remote when it towards the machine (Note: please only press the button once at one time). 5 seconds later , if the machine automatically turns red red, the machine is working normally.Check if the cables connection is working and the tv source setting are correct. If the machine does not turned red, please contact the seller for help.
WIFI Disconnection	Confirm if WIFI can be opened for use. If you cant open it. please restart and try again please contact the seller for help. WIFI can not be connected when open.Please restart the router device and try to connect for another time. Send a WIFI hotspot with your mobile phone to see if the box can be connected. The machine will automatically disconnect the wifi connection when connected to a wired network.
Unable to use google assistant	Confirm if the bluetooth remote control matches successfully in the setup menu. See if the machine is connected to the network. Please play You tube video to confirm that the network is normal. refer to the correct operation of the remote control voice.
The remote Control Does not respond sometimes	Please replace the battery and try again. please confirm that the use distance is within 6 meters. confirm if the bluetooth remote control matches successfully in the setup menu.
The machine does not boot into the system	Please contact the seller directly.
Play video without sound	Please confirm if the sound is on silent mode. If the play source is a special format, you can contact the seller to help do a test verification.
OTA cannot be upgraded	Make sure the machine is connected to the network successfully. If the machine is currently in the latest software state. OTA will not be able to detect update software.
Third party APK is not supported	Note: This product system belongs to Google ATV system, Does not support the APK of mobile version. If you need to download and install it from the goolge Playstore. If there is important APK That you need to install from a third party, please contact the seller to help check if you can find the appropriate compatible version for use.
Mouse Pointer function is not supported	This product Belongs to Google ATV system and does not support the mouse pointer function. Please use the original remote control if the product.

Tips

• Keep a minimum of 10cm clearance around the device, do not cover newspapers or other items
• The equipment must not be exposed to water droplets or water splashes. Objects such as vases filled with liquids must not be placed on the machine

• Avoid scratching the case and the interface, and prevent damage due to fang, throwing or strong impact
• Use a dedicated power adapter to prevent damage to important components on the motherboard due to excessive current
• Please do not attempt to disassemble this product yourself. The repair work is only for authorized personnel of the company
• The battery must not be exposed to some conditions like sunlight, fire, or similar overheating environment.
