1. Before the first use, charge the smart ring with the included cable. Charging is indicated by a red LED. When fully charged, the green LED will light up. 2. Download and install the control application on your phone by: a) Scanning the QR code b) Search the Play Store / APP Store for the AIZO RING app 3. Turn on in your phone: a) Bluetooth and GPS location (Android phones) b) Bluetooth (iOS phones) 4. During installation, grant the application permissions to work in the background and to access the required resources of the phone (location, notifications, etc.). 5. Connect the device by clicking on the top right corner of the screen and then selecting “add”. Search for mRing MR100 in the list of available devices. Note: The smart ring must be connected to charging when first connecting to the phone. During pairing, the ring will flash green for 5 seconds. 6. Set your age, weight and height in the app. Daily activity goals can be set in the app at activity management. 7. Wearing methods When wearing the smart ring, place the sensors inside your finger for more accurate measurements. It is recommended to wear the ring on the index, middle or ring finger for the best data monitoring. 8. Solving the most common smart ring connection problems: a) Turn on BT (phone must be visible to other devices). b) Turn on GPS/location (Android phones) c) Install the app and give it permissions in the installation process (to work in the background, etc.) d) Connect the smart ring to charge before the first connection e) Connect to the smart ring FROM THE APP LEVEL

If unsuccessful, then: a) Check if the phone has GPS enabled b) In phone settings > Applications and notifications > Application permissions > allow background operation and notifications c) Check if smart ring is not already connected to phone via Bluetooth menu, if yes > BT menu > forget device > then connect via app 9. maximum EIRP: 0.79 dBm 10. Information regarding environmental protection Note: This device is marked in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU and the Polish Act on waste electrical and electronic equipment with the symbol of a crossed-out waste container. Such marking informs that this equipment, after its period of use, cannot be disposed of with other household waste. Note: This equipment must not be disposed of as municipal waste!!! The product should be disposed of through selective collection at points prepared for this purpose. Proper handling of waste electrical and electronic equipment helps to avoid consequences harmful to human health and the natural environment resulting from the presence of hazardous components and improper storage and processing of such equipment. To enable recycling of materials used in the production of phone packaging, follow the material sorting rules established locally for this type of waste. The set includes a Li-ion battery. Used batteries are harmful to the environment. They should be stored in a specially designated point, in an appropriate container, in accordance with applicable regulations. Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of as municipal waste, they should be taken to a collection point.

11. Warranty terms Maxcom S.A. with headquarters in Tychy, ul. Towarowa 23a, 43-100 Tychy (NIP: PL6462537364) (hereinafter: Maxcom) grants a warranty for the purchased device (hereinafter: Product) for a period of 24 months for the proper operation of the Product. The product is covered by a warranty, an integral part of which is the proof of purchase. Damage resulting from improper use, electrostatic discharge or mechanical damage will not be removed free of charge under the Warranty. If the user has tried Self-repair or modification will void the warranty! If the device does not work properly, have it repaired at the nearest authorized service center or file a complaint with the seller. The manufacturer is not responsible for defects caused by the user as a result of improper use or non-compliance with the operating instructions. – Careless handling of the device may damage it. Regardless of the IP protection class, the device must be protected against crushing, impact and dropping.- Device care: use only a soft, clean and dry cloth to clean the surface of the device. Do not paint the device, the paint may prevent proper operation.- The device may heat up after prolonged use. In most situations, this is a normal symptom and most often occurs during charging or long-term operation. To avoid overheating, automatically slow down, close applications, stop charging, or even turn off your device. 12.
