Product Usage Instructions
- Starting the Treadmill
- To start the treadmill, press the ONE-BUTTON START located on the console. The treadmill will begin operating at a default speed unless otherwise adjusted.
- Pause Function
- To pause the treadmill during your workout, press the PAUSE FUNCTION button. The treadmill belt will stop moving, allowing you to take a break.

- To customize the display language, access the manager menu and select from the available languages such as English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and more.
- Workout Programs
- The treadmill offers various workout programs including Manual, Rolling Hills, Fat Burn, 5k, 10k, Target HR, and more. Select your desired program through the console interface.
- Contact & Telemetric Heart Rate Monitoring
- The treadmill supports both contact and telemetric heart rate monitoring. Use the built-in sensors or connect a compatible heart rate monitor for accurate tracking.
