If there is dust on the front glass surface, remove it gently using an oil-free brush or a rubber dust-blowing ball.

If there is grease or a dust stain on the front glass surface, clean it gently from the centre outward using anti-static gloves or an oil-free cloth.
If the grease or stain remains, use an oil-free cloth dipped in detergent to clean the glass surface gently until it is clean. Do not use organic solvents to clean the transparent dome cover.

Mount Your Camera

You need to install a Micro SD card first if you want to save video on an on-board SD card. Insert the Micro SD card into the side card slot.

Before inserting or removing the Micro SD card, disconnect power and wait until the camera stops operating to prevent damage.

Wall Mount

Fix the provided iron plate to the wall, mark the positions of holes on the plate, and drill 5.8mm-5.9mm guide holes on the wall according to the positions.
Insert the plastic expansion bolts, knock them into the wall with a rubber hammer, and ensure they are tightened.

Screw the iron plate to the wall.
Attach the camera to the plate.

If the grease or the stain remains, use anti-static gloves or an oil-free cloth dipped in detergent and clean the glass surface gently until it is clean.
Do not use organic solvents (such as benzene and alcohol) to clean the transparent dome cover.

Appearance

The following figure shows device dimensions. The appearance may vary with device model.

NOTE! Use the reset button to restore factory defaults. When the camera is operating, press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds, and wait for the camera to restart.
Factory default settings are restored when the camera is restarted.
NOTE! Use the adjustable bracket to adjust the monitoring direction.

Mount Your Camera

(Optional) Insert the Micro SD Card

You need to install a Micro SD card first if you want to save video on an on-board SD card. Insert the Micro SD card into the side card slot.
Before you insert or remove the Micro SD card, be sure to disconnect power and wait till the camera stops operation; otherwise, the camera or the Micro SD card may be damaged.

Wall Mount

The camera base, pre-installed with a magnet, attaches to magnetic surfaces. If wall mounting is adopted, make sure the surface of the wall is flat and clean.
Fix the iron plate to the wall before mounting the camera. The detailed steps are as follows.
1. Fix the provided iron plate to the wall, mark the positions of holes on the plate, and drill 5.8mm-5.9mm guide holes on the wall according to the positions.
2. Insert the plastic expansion bolts, knock them into the wall with a rubber hammer, and make sure that they are tightened up.
3. Screw the iron plate to the wall.
4. Attach the camera to the plate.

Startup

After you have installed the device, connect one end of the power adapter to the power supply, and then connect the other end to the power interface to start up the device.

Access Your Camera

Open your Web browser, enter the camera’s IP address in the address bar, and then press Enter. The default IP is 192.168.1.13.

In the login page, enter the default username and password (admin/123456), then click Login.

NOTE!

DHCP is enabled by default. If a DHCP server is used in your network, your camera may be assigned an IP address, and you need to use the assigned IP address to log in.

You may need to install a plug-in at your first login. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and then open the browser again to log in.
The default password is intended only for your first login. To ensure security, please change the password after your first login.
You are strongly recommended to set a strong password of at least nine characters including all three elements: digits, letters and special characters.

If the password has been changed, please use the new password to log in.

Optional Wi-Fi Configuration

Download App
- Download the app from your app store.

Log In
- Run the app, sign up for an account and log in. Use your account to log in if you already have one.
Add Camera
- Connect the camera to power and wait till the indicator flashes blue, then configure Wi-Fi settings.
  1. Tap + in the upper right corner, and choose Add Wi-Fi Device.
  2. Choose the camera, and follow the on-screen instructions or voice prompts to complete the device Wi-Fi configuration and add the device. The register code is on the device body or in the user manual.
- NOTE! Before adding the camera, connect your mobile phone to a Wi-Fi network, so that the app fills in the connected Wi-Fi name automatically when configuring device Wi-Fi.
- If the indicator flashes red (around once every second), it means that the network connection fails. Please press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the camera restarts, and then try again.

Network Security

Change default password and set strong password: You are strongly recommended tochange the default password after your first login and set a strong password of at least ninecharacters including all three elements: digits, letters and special characters.
Keep firmware up to date: It is recommended that your device is always upgraded to the latest version for the latest functions and better security. Visit our official website or contactyour local dealer for the latest firmware.

The following are recommendations for enhancing the network security of your device:

Change password regularly: Change your device password regularly and keep the password safe. Make sure only the authorised user can log in to the device.
Enable HTTPS/SSL: Use an SSL certificate to encrypt HTTP communications and ensure data security.

Enable IP address filtering: Allow access only from the specified IP addresses.
Minimum port mapping: Configure your router or firewall to open a minimum set of ports to the WAN and keep only the necessary port mappings. Never set the device as the DMZ host or configure a full cone NAT.
Disable the automatic login and save password features: If multiple users have access to your computer, it is recommended that you disable these features to prevent unauthorised access.

Choose username and password discretely: Avoid using the username and password of your social media, bank, email account, etc, as the username and password of your device, in case your social media, bank and email account information is leaked.
Restrict user permissions: If more than one user needs access to your system, make sure each user is granted only the necessary permissions.
