Operation:

3. Enable Buetooth and Locaton on your mobile device.
4. 0pen the nstaled 3pp (Keepthe watch close t yourdevice during paiing).
5. Pai the watch with you device by fllowing these steps
6. Once synchronized, you can configure the device with your personal information and set your daily training goals.
7. Explore the app to discover its various functions.

Notes:
Some app features require registration within the app.
To ensure proper app functionality, accept the required permissions.
– App performance may be affected by updates.

Functions:

Sleep Mode:
This function monitors activity during sleep and indicates sleep quality based on your movements at night. The measurement takes place starting at 10:00 PM, and the results can be viewed in the app.
Measurements:
This device allows you to measure heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen percentage. Press the central button to navigate to the screen and hold it down. The bracelet will emit a green light from the back and start the process.
Note: You can also start the measurement via the app.

Notifications and Alarms:
This device lets you set various notifications such as incoming calls, messages, and certain apps. Additionally, you can activate alarms such as wake-up calls and sedentary reminders.
The device saves the last notification received.
To view it, press the central button until you reach the corresponding screen and hold it down. Note: Once viewed, the message will no longer appe….
Exercise Mode:
This device calculates steps, distance traveled, and calories burned. Press the central button to navigate to the corresponding screen and hold it down to access.
Note: These statistics reset daily at 12:00 AM.

The device also features “Sports” mode, which monitors sports activities like running, skipping, or sit-ups. Press the central button to navigate to the corresponding screen and hold it down to access. Use the button to scroll through various functions and hold it down again to access them. Once accessed, a timer will start. To finish, press and hold the central button.

The device displays the time and the minimum/maximum temperature based on your phone’s location.

Music:
