The instructions in this technical bulletin must be carried out by people with a perfect knowledge of the safety norms and well trained on the repair and maintenance of the MAGNI TH machine and its equipment.

Intervention reason: Installation of a new attachments recognition sensor which integrate a level sensor.

Attachments recognition sensor replacement
- Remove the cover at the top of the boom.
- Carefully disconnect the connectors that link the wiring to the control unit.
- Remove the existing wiring and replace it with the new wiring (cod. 114791) following the path of the removed wiring, ensuring that each connector is correctly connected.
- Secure the CTB-D connector to the cover and seal it with the provided cap.
- Connect the J1.0 connector to the Boom ecu.
- Secure the ANT-2 connector plug to the cover, which will be used for connecting the new attachments recognition sensor.
- Reposition and secure the cover at the top of the boom.
- Connect the power connector of the boom to the CBRF connector of the wiring.
- Attach the attachments recognition sensor (cod. 113519) to the bracket (cod. 113520) maintaining a distance of 3 cm and tighten the sensor’s locknut to ensure a secure fit.
- Remove the bracket containing the old attachments recognition sensor from the top of the boom of the machine.
- Install the new attachments recognition sensor by securing the bracket on top of the boom and connecting the cable to the wiring connector inside the cover.
Perform tests with the TS to check the excess cable length before securing it permanently with the cable ties.
