The Dual DAB-P 210 is a versatile portable player supporting CD, MP3, USB, Cassette, DAB, and FM radio. Key controls and features include:

Power/Function: Turns the unit on/off and selects modes (FM, TAPE, AUX, CD, USB, DAB).
Volume Controls: Adjusts audio volume.
Playback Controls: Play, Pause, Stop, Rewind, Fast Forward for cassettes and CDs.
Tuning & Selection: Buttons for navigating stations, tracks, folders, and memory presets.

Power Source

The unit can be operated using AC power (100-240V ~ 50/60Hz) via the AC socket or via DC power using 6 UM-1/D size batteries (not included). When using AC power, batteries are automatically disconnected.

Basic Functions

The unit is powered on/off using the /FUNC. button. Different modes (FM, TAPE, AUX, CD, USB, DAB) can be selected by pressing the /FUNC. button. The unit may enter standby mode after 15 minutes of inactivity in certain modes. Volume is adjusted using the VOL.+/- buttons. A headphone jack is provided for private listening, which automatically disables the speakers.

Radio Operations

FM Radio: Stations can be tuned manually or via auto-scan. Up to 30 FM stations can be preset. The telescopic antenna should be extended for optimal reception. Stereo reception is indicated by "ST" on the display.

DAB Radio: The unit receives DAB/DAB+ digital radio. Stations can be scanned, pruned (removed if unavailable), and preset. Manual tuning is also available. The display shows station information like name, program type, and signal strength. Dynamic Range Compression (DRC) can be adjusted to optimize audio clarity.

Cassette Operation

The unit supports standard cassette playback, rewind, fast forward, stop, and pause functions. An automatic stop feature halts playback at the end of the tape. Basic care for the cassette mechanism, such as cleaning the tape head and pinch roller, is recommended after every 10 hours of use.

CD/MP3 Operation

The system plays digital audio CDs, MP3 finalized CD-R/RW discs, and CD-DA format discs. Discs are loaded into the CD compartment. Playback can be interrupted, resumed, or stopped. Users can select specific tracks, search passages within tracks, program a sequence of tracks, and utilize repeat (single track, all tracks, current folder) and random play modes.

USB & AUX IN Operation

USB: Connect a USB device to the USB input for playback of music files. The unit displays track and folder information. USB playback supports repeat, program, and random functions similar to CD/MP3 playback. Caution is advised against using USB extension cables due to potential interference.

AUX IN: An AUX IN jack allows connection of external audio sources (e.g., MP3 players) via an audio cable for amplification through the unit's speakers. Volume is adjusted on the main unit.

The unit operates on AC 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz or DC 9V (6x UM-1/D batteries). Power consumption is 15 Watts. Dimensions are approximately 285mm (W) x 213mm (D) x 140mm (H), with a weight of 1.6kg. Operating temperature range is +5°C to +35°C. It features FM (87.5-108 MHz) and DAB+ (174.928-239.200MHz) reception, a 3-Beam Laser CD pickup, and a DC Bias cassette system. Audio output is a maximum of 1.5 Watts x 2. Included accessories are an instruction booklet and an AC cord.
