Priority Order:

  1. Mobile Phone
  2. Intercom
  3. Bluetooth Stereo Music / FM Radio / Navigation Announcements

Note: A function with lower priority will always be interrupted by a function with higher priority. For example, stereo music will be interrupted by an intercom call, and an intercom call will be interrupted by an incoming mobile phone call.

Pairing with Other LEXIN Models (Example: G2 with B4FM)

The connection steps between a G2 and a LEXIN product of another model (e.g., LEXIN B4FM / LEXIN G16 / LEXIN MTX / LEXIN GTX / LEXIN NOVUS X2, etc.) are the same. Below is an example of connecting a G2 and a B4FM.

In standby mode, press and hold the Intercom button of the G2 and B4FM for 2 seconds. The G2's LED will blink red and blue rapidly. The voice prompt "Pairing" will be announced.

Other Considerations

Bluetooth Connection in a Group

The devices are connected in a chain. To maximize communication range, please keep the devices in the order of connection.

The device cannot be connected to a Bluetooth device (phone or GPS) when it is serving as a communication device.

Activating Intercom Call

It may take a few seconds for a connection to be established with other devices. Please wait until the devices have established a connection before you start speaking.

Distance Between Devices

During an intercom call, there may be a mute, and eventually, the call will be disconnected if a rider is out of range. In this case, the LEXIN G2 will automatically attempt to re-establish the connection with that device every few seconds.

Save Battery

To save battery power, disconnect the intercom connection when you do not need to use the intercom function.
