Promotion Details

Purchases of Participating Product(s) by an Eligible Person during the Promotional Period from the Promoter's Eligible Online Store qualify for selected Bonus(es). Participating Products and Bonus(es) are available while stocks last. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

The promotion is accessible via samsung.com/nz/ (“e-Store”).

Eligible Person

This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who comply with these terms and conditions and can access the Promoter's Eligible Online Store. Individuals under 18 may require a parent or guardian's signature on these terms to participate. Purchases made for commercial, trade, or business purposes are excluded.

Participating Product(s)

Refer to Appendix 1 for a list of Participating Products.

Bonus(es)

Bonus(es) correspond to each Participating Product as detailed in Appendix 1. Some bonuses may include entry into a draw for a product or service, subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in clause 2.4 and Appendix 1.

Further Terms and Conditions

1.1. Consumer Rights:

These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

1.2. Promoter's Rights:

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the promotion for reasons including fraud or technical failures, subject to regulatory directions. Notification of changes will be provided on the Eligible Online Store.

2.1. Purchase Requirements:

Purchases must be made using New Zealand details, a valid New Zealand payment method, and a New Zealand delivery address. Additional information, including a valid email and phone number, may be required.

2.2. Bonus Substitution:

If a Bonus is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.

2.3. Bonus Transferability:

Bonus(es) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.4. Bonus Conditions:

• Voucher Code: Must be redeemed at the time of purchase through the Eligible Online Store.
• Trade-in Boost: Requires trading in an eligible device according to the Samsung Instant Trade-In Program Customer Terms and Conditions. Specific payment methods apply.
• Draw: Participation in a draw may be subject to additional terms specified by the Promoter. Winners will be notified within 5 working days of the draw's conclusion. Failure to claim a prize within 5 working days may result in forfeiture.

3.1. Fulfilment:

Participating Products and Bonus(es) will be fulfilled as per normal lead times, aiming for prompt delivery.

3.2. Returns and Refunds:

Returning a Participating Product requires the return of the associated Bonus(es) (or their value). The purchaser is liable for all costs associated with non-returned Bonus(es).

4.1. Eligibility Verification:

The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify participants not in compliance with terms. Failure to enforce rights does not waive them. The Promoter may reclaim the cost of Bonus(es) if a participant is found in breach of terms.

4.2. Promoter's Decision:

The Promoter's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.1. Liability Exclusion (Communications):

The Promoter is not liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in communication due to network issues, computer systems, or third-party interference.

5.2. Tax Liability:

Participants are responsible for any tax liabilities incurred and should seek independent advice.

5.3. General Liability Exclusion:

The Promoter excludes liability for personal injury or loss/damage arising from the promotion, including technical malfunctions, theft, unauthorized access, or misdirected communications.

6.1. Privacy:

Personal information is collected for promotion conduct and may be shared with third parties for this purpose. Information is retained only as long as necessary and then destroyed.
