MOMAX BR18 PinCard Ultra Mini

Product Setup

To set up your MOMAX BR18 locator, you will need:

• An iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 or later.
• Your Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled.
• Bluetooth turned on your Apple device.
• Location Services enabled (Settings → Privacy → Location Services).
• Find My enabled with Precise Location turned on (Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Find My).

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Find My app and select the Items tab.
2. Tap Add Item, then tap Add Other Items.
3. Once the item is found, press Connect and follow the on-screen instructions until setup is successful.

If the product cannot be found, short-press the reset button to wake it up. You will hear a prompt sound, then continue with the connection process.

Setup the Lost Mode

When the tracker is a certain distance away from your host device, you can mark it as lost by enabling Lost Mode.

1. Tap Items at the bottom of the screen, then tap the name of the lost item.
2. Below Lost Mode, tap Enable.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a phone number or email address where you can be reached. Tap Activate to confirm.

Ensure you allow notifications for the Find My app.

See Your Tracker on the Map

1. Open the Find My app and tap the Items tab.
2. Choose the tracker you want to locate from the Items List.
3. If the tracker is within range of your device or has been recently detected by the Find My network, its location will appear on the map with an updated location and timestamp.
4. If the tracker is out of range, you will see its last known location and timestamp. To be notified when your tracker comes back into range, turn on Notify When Found under Notifications.

Play a Sound

1. Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and tap the Items tab.
2. In the items list, select the tracker you want to play a sound from.
3. Tap Play Sound. The tracker will play a sound if it is within Bluetooth range.
4. Tap Stop Sound to stop the sound before it automatically ends.

Anti-Stalking Features

The MOMAX BR18 includes features to help prevent unwanted tracking:

• If a tracker and other Find My network accessory products leave their owners and move with you for a period of time, you will receive a notification on your Apple device via the Find My app. You can observe the route and duration of movement.

These features are designed to prevent unknowing attempts to track you. If you feel your safety is threatened, please contact local law enforcement.

This product's anti-tracking features should not be used to track people or property that does not belong to you. Using these products to track others without their consent is a crime in many countries and regions.

Product Recharge

This product supports wireless charging only.

1. Locate the wireless charging logo printed on the back of the tracker.
2. Align the side with the charging logo on your wireless charging base.
3. Manually find the correct charging position. The tracker will light up:
   • Green: While charging
   • Blue: When fully charged
   • Red: When playing sound
4. The product is compatible with 5W-15W wireless chargers. The charger's surface must be flat.

Battery Information

The battery in this product cannot be removed or replaced. The warranty does not cover batteries that wear down from normal use.

Product Removal

1. Open the Find My app and select the Items tab for the item you are connected to.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, tap Remove Item, then tap Remove.

Waterproof and Dustproof

This device is tested and certified to be resistant to splash, water, and dust with an IP68 ingress protection classification. It can be submerged in one meter of static fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

These water resistance features apply only to specific laboratory-tested conditions and may not correspond to normal consumer use. Protective functions cannot be guaranteed if the product is exposed to environments outside these test conditions. Do not expose the charger to water while charging, as this may cause permanent damage.

UWB Feature

Before using the UWB (Ultra-Wideband) feature, ensure your Momax BR18 is successfully paired with Apple Find My.

1. On the same Apple device, open the App Store and search for "Momax Pinpoint" to download the app.
2. After installation, launch the app and tap the [+] button to search for and add the Momax BR18.
3. The app will display an arrow pointing in the direction and indicating the exact distance to the nearby BR18.

   • The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
   • The product has been damaged through misuse, malicious acts, negligence, or liquid ingress.
   • Losses or damages are caused by force majeure or natural disasters.
