OXBERG Glass Door Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Secure the cabinet to the wall

Ensure the main cabinet is stable and securely attached to the wall using appropriate wall fasteners. Screws and plugs for the wall are not included. Use the provided bracket (1x, part 122576) and suitable screws/plugs for your wall type. This is critical to prevent furniture from falling.

Step 2: Attach Hinge Mounting Plates to Cabinet

Attach three hinge mounting plates (3x, part 109221) to the pre-drilled holes on the inside edge of the cabinet frame using screws (6x, part 113287).

Step 3: Attach Hinge Arms to Door

Attach three hinge arms (3x, part 109336) to the glass door. Secure them using screws (6x, part 100349). Place small plastic components (part numbers 121043, 121052, 121056, 121699, 121700) into the hinge arms as shown.

Step 4: Mount Door to Cabinet

Carefully align the hinge arms on the door with the hinge mounting plates on the cabinet. Slide the hinge arms onto the mounting plates.

Step 5: Secure Door

Secure the door by fastening the hinge arms to the mounting plates. Use one screw (1x, part 114667) for each hinge, along with a washer.

Step 6: Attach Decorative Caps

Push the decorative caps (2x, part 102384) onto the visible parts of the hinges to conceal the screws.

Door Adjustment

If the door is not aligned correctly, use the adjustment screws on the hinges to fine-tune its position. Refer to the diagrams for guidance on adjusting the door vertically, horizontally, and in/out.
